Hi lydia im wondering if you can help me. I have watched nearly all your videos and i think you are very talented. Im in the UK, and paint a lot of canvases but after a few weeks or even months i have noticed the canvas starts to get little cracks in the black background. I usually use two coats of black or any colour and leave to dry befor doing my mandala. I have had to destroy quite a few canvases because of this. Do you or anyone else know of a way to stop the cracking in the canvas. Thankyou

I thought I heard you indicate you had a size chart so we’d know what the sizes are of your tools where the ends have colors. I couldn’t seem to find the chart so I’d know which if my own tools I’d use in place of the ones you used. Thanks.
I've watched others, and they don't tell the sizes of the tools they are using, they say the colors and it gets very frustrating. That's why I watch you.

Hi Lydia. I want to have a go at this but the tool colours are different to the ones on your website. How do I know which is which?
Hello Annette! All of my tools will have the correct corresponding color for each set. Any tools used here in our oldest set will match the sizes and colors of our newer sets as well. :) I hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
I love to watch you dot. The very helpful part of your videos is that you show how much paint you put on the tools. Also you specify that it is good to clean your tools even part way through specific dotting. I have made the mistake of trying to keep going and my dots keep getting messier and messier. How do you create smooth looking larger dots? When layering dots, do you need to let the dot below dry first?
Yes! Absolutely allow dry time in between layers.

Hi Lydia May, first of all I want to what lovely lovely spiritual work you do . I am a soft tissue sarcoma survivor !!!!! But it has brought on many many illnesses that means I can no longer work and husband had to give up work to look after . But thank God I am alive, please don't think I am begin rude when I ask you this but are you in the uk or overseas ? I only use a damp cloth. No hard scrubbing. I would recommend applying a varnish to wooden dowels for lasting protection as well. XOXOXO

Yes! With a paint that is made for clothing like DecoArt So Soft Fabric Paint.

I ordered a set of your wooden dotting tools ! There is no way to distinguish their size ! To follow your tutorial. how can I go about that ? I notice yours are painted on one end !
