Amaaaaaaasing tutorial and techniques! Thank you so very very very much for taking the time to teach the rest of us. I especially appreciate the tip on the transfer paper and how to use it.
Thank you so much hon for such a beautiful piece to do. You are so awesome ar doing them. You are so kind to share this pattern with us. The way you explain each and everyone you do makes it so much easier to understand. So many of the others I have watched there's no talking no explaining nothing just a fast pace video of them doing it. So just wanted to take a moment tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to do these for us. Enjoy the rest of your week. Looking forward to try this one as soon as I can.❤😄
Awesome 👏! I am already missing you when you take a break to do sports events with your Son, but completely support... thanks as always Kristin to make our painting experience enjoyable! Love you to the max !!!
I am new to this so before starting thought I should saturate myself with relevant videos. I have to say that your videos are the best, in that they are easy to follow, interesting and not patronising (which unfortunately many are). Thank you so very much for what I have learned so far and what I know I shall be very happy to watch and learn in the future.
Just ordered a couple sets of dotting tools. You make this look so easy and I really like your in-depth videos. Thank you for giving me confidence I can do this!
WOW!! Love it. Thanks for the tip. I just got some tools to start practicing dotting. What a great tip with the transfer paper. Thank you for the video.
Fantastic video! You are a fantastic teacher. I love your videos. I thought about using transfer paper but haven’t seen any white. I’m on a mission to find some now!👍🏻🤪
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS !!! I NEVER would have thought to use a quilt pattern for my mandala painting!!! QUESTION: HOW do you get such a uniform number of dots when walking dots??? This is giving me a REAL problem!!!
It's beautiful, Kristin! I've thought quilting patterns would be pretty, but just never tried them (I learned to quilt in 1982). You did such a wonderful job translating the pattern into a mandala. Have you ever thought about using a Lazy Susan while working on your mandalas? I find it a lot easier because I have neck and shoulder pain and it's so easy to turn the work. My Lazy Susan is large and flat and I took a piece of poster board to cut to the size of the top. I made a grid with the degree lines radiating out from the center dot and highlighted the 6 and 8 grid lines with colored markers. I then covered it with clear contact paper and attached it to the top of the Lazy Susan. It was a bit of work, but it sure makes doing a mandala a lot easier!
Thank you for giving us a step by step tutorial whereby you guide us using your "voice" it just makes it so much easier to follow the steps. Is there anyway I can find the pattern besides FB? As I'm not on FB. I'm a beginner and I painted your #29 Snowflake it was so enjoyable doing it...can you maybe in the future do a mandala on a record? Would love painting one of your designs🙏
Wow! You make it look so easy! I love dotting mandalas, but am a real newbie. I love the idea of getting patterns from quilting! Thanks for sharing!
I love watching your videos, Kristin! Thanks for taking the time to make them for all of us!
