My quick fix To add veggies to my meals...I make a pot of greens on Sunday and add them to a daily meal with my protein, chicken, Turkey or fish everyday. I do a fruit and kale smoothie with Greek yogurt in the morning with a hard boiled egg, if nothing else just to keep my blood sugar on point until mid day meal. Just one of the things that has worked out for me...

Hey Sis hope your days going good!!!! Mine is ;) Wow you use all the same ingredients for your meatloaf that I do for mine!!! Only I don't use the BBQ sauce because my man doesn't like it too well...plus right at the end after the (well I use ketchup with a dash of Worcestershire and Heinz 57 and let it carmelize ljke yours, then I put some grated cheese on it and let it melt those are the only differences!!! I have tried the Meatloaf in the Instant Pot but not the Air Fryer yet. Wish I had bought an Air Fryer with a top and bottom element. I think mine just has the top or bottom but not both.
Hi Tonya, there's a learning curve, just like cooking on the stove, but you CAN do it. I've been air frying for a year now so that's why it looks easy. TFW 💞
