Beautiful home! The water behind the home, is it a canal? I'd definitely fence it in to reduce the chance of gators crawling onto the property, lol.
I am happy you like the house. Yes it is on a man-made lake, which is technically a canal. You have the option to fence it in or select a lot that is not on water.
Non-water lots are less expensive so you will be able to save. #🏠

I love the size. I would have the primary upstairs and the in law suite downstairs and the loft will be at the back overlooking the backyard with a deck. Other than that I love the design.
@@aaronmelson2887 oh yes, that sounds beautiful Aaron… there are some options similar to that in Pembroke Pines/Miramar area. They are not brand new, but only about 2-3 years old.
