I truly do not see where this home should cost 2.5 million dollars I mean the nicest rooms that I saw really where the kitchen and the laundry room. I mean the bathroom seem like the size of something in a modular home they were not decorated very appealing. I mean I'm not saying it's not a nice home but there's no way I would pay 2.5 million for that

Wayyyy overpriced!!! Take out all the furnishings and builders extra- ehh typical Florida bedrooms with noooo closets, simple bar across(masters was nice tho) bathrooms no storage either like cabinetry going up for lines etc- music very nice layout great but not worth $$$

The house has a lot to offer. Definitely can be worked with. The artwork and pillows are just so ugly and typical though. abstract brush strokes randomly strewn on a canvas. ugh. and bad colors. same with the furniture. where's the taste? people are such apes. I'd like to see it with everything gone. nice house though for sure
