- Soon i gone start a 5th axis trunnion build, which i want to fully record for UA-cam. This is a test record to see how clear image can be when you record while using flood coolant. Seems that after a while the image start to be unclear. Right now i used a air blow to clean the lens while filming.
"5th axis trunnion" - looking forward to this project! thanks
So do i😜
very good job..thanks for your time
To give you a tip: Some people use IPAD screen protectors since they are oil/water resistant. Maybe try that over the lens.
blow some compressed air at the camera. could be worth a shot
great been waiting to see you back on youtube!
B&B Manufacturing has models for these pulleys if you want to roll your own. Peter at Edge Precision (on here) built and documented a really effective case/air nozzle for his GoPro. That's all I can contribute, thank you for sharing your work.
Knap werkt !
Nice information, thanks :)
Maybe you should look into getting a Crace 2 gopro case made by Hirudin (on youtube) or make something like it yourself, that case realy seems to work well with coolant :)
I need to do some more testing. I didn't really check the camera when finishing recording. Maybe the fuzzy came from the inside out since the camera gets a little warm any mosture thats inside the case will vapor and makes the lens fuzzy. Or from some reason the coolant will stuck more on the outside after a while because the airblast only clears the water inside the coolant mixture.
Nice job Stefan!!! Instead of air blowing you get this image?
I used an airblow to aquire this image. It worked quite nice the first 2 minutes or so. As you can see.
Wonderful work friend! What Cam do you use?

@@Svanitterzon i'm trying to work on 4 axis but cam became very hard, have you ever tried?
@@AsitShouldBe Yes i did some 4th axis indexing milling work few weeks ago. I liked it so much that now i gone build a 5th axis. Since the 4th axis i was using wasn't that great.
@@Svanitterzon THANKS friend
Awesome! Any chance you could include where you bought the harmonic drives and servos? I'm always curious as to which suppliers are good. Thanks!
Gaaf! Ik kwam toevallig via een forum terecht op jouw kanaal. Tof hoe je van alles maakt. 🙌
Dankje, mag ik vragen via welk forum?
@@Svanitterzon Via Tweakers, het bericht was ook al uit 2014 :)
