Caving communities around the world have recognized the following rules for gentle movement in caves:
    1. Take nothing - only photos.
    2. Leave nothing.
    3. Do not kill anything - just time.
    4. Do not cave alone (someone waited for me outside).
Dive into the depths with Exploring the Nordics, a channel about exploration across Norway and the Nordic regions. This channel offers a journey through hidden landscapes - caves, mines, and urbex areas. Join me on expeditions as we find the wonders hidden beneath the surface.
