I was also in indigo as security officer but unfortunately I can't clear my ramp safety bcoz I was sick for 3 days during my ramp training I can't able to give proper attention they conduct retest but retest exam was very difficult as compared to 1st exam I failed in retest also than company terminate me. Those who selected for ground staff guys remember that ramp safety is very very important and mandatory to join company on joining training otherwise company will terminate you if you not able to clear ramp exam in every department.

@@shashank7625 If you want to work in aviation so prepare for exams in indigo they conduct training and take exams and give certificates if we clear the exam then next day you can join your base airport if not then they will terminate you from the company.

I had given interview in indigo ground staff on 22nd feb 2024 in bangalore my all rounds are clear but HR told that customer service manager will call u for virtual round within weeks but already 2 weeks completed and i called the HR and ask my interview feedback they told you have to wait they will contact u. Please tell will they call??

If you want to work in aviation atleast you have to know some basic English conversation but for cabin crew English is mandatory and they also teach you different languages alongside with English. Cabin crew work is not easy as you think they conduct medical test before training if you are fit they will proceed ahead if not than company will reject.
