Quiet times are so extremely important though, because In those times God can speak to us as we are being still with Him, casting our worries upon Him, meditating on His word and growing closer in our relationship with Him and letting Jesus fill us with His love and wisdom!

@kimartist the word does tell us to go into our closet and pray. When did Elijah realize the presence of the Lord speak to him? In the Earthquake in the wind or fire? No in the small still voice of God spoke to him.

I was just quick scrolling on my UA-cam channel and saw this particular video, and recognized Zebedee( Nick); and I like you, felt the presence of the Lord coming through the airwaves to me, as Nick was sharing his testimony. Exactly. What happened to me resembles what happened to Nick. I can relate to him so much. I was battle hardened so much that my heart starts to feel like a piece of rock. I didnt believe in him but i surrendered to him all my cares when i couldn't handle it anymore. Instantly i felt his peace. Shortly after i fully accepted christ, i too felt the presence of the Holy Spirit during service session in church but i didnt understand it at that time. Weird thing was i even smell a whiff of olive oil around the altar. This interview was like a reminder to me what i received so far from God was special and i need to treasure it for life. Nick said he was invited to a conference by 2 of his set designers. His heart at that point said “you should go so I went”. Don’t miss that. That one decision to go changed his life forever. Saying yes to God’s invitation at the moment it’s given is crucial because it may not come again. I said yes to His invitation 51 years ago and it changed the trajectory of my life’s journey forever.I am so thankful I did.I am today more passionately in love with Jesus every day. Praise Him forever!
Wow!! When he said “He’s literally right there” that is EXACTLY how I felt when I met Jesus by praying confessing and asking Him to come into my life. I remember I told my husband “Jesus is as real as you are right now! You can’t see Him but I’m telling you he’s right here (next to me)” I’m crying this is sooo awesome. Thank you Jesus❤

I actually know someone working on the show right now in Utah. She's not a believer and I have been praying for her for years before she did the last season. Now it's another season for her and I believe she is going to be saved. Jesus Christ is real. That's an incredible testimony.

Jesus came, died, was buried and He rose again on the 3rd day proving that He is God and that His blood paid for all sin for all time! Jesus is the Only Way, the Only Truth and the Only Life, and no one gets to the Father but through Him! Believe and receive Jesus into your heart and you will be Saved! Run to Him! Just as you are! Call on the Lord and you will be Saved!!! The Great Tribulation is fixin start, but those who believe will be Raptured first! Times almost up! Don’t be left behind!

I will share mine I was playing a demonic game on my Xbox one called Warframe about a week ago I gave a item in the game to this guy for free he told me Psalms 51 I looked it up and welped and ask God for forgiveness of my sins and haven't turned back since I don't even want to play the game that I spent 8+ hours a day on for weeks Hallelujah! GOD IS GOOD!

Looking at things so literal is why people turn away from religion. The dude was just talking...nothing more.

At the lowest points in my life and when I don't know what to do, I have called out to God in desperation and in a state of anxiety. He answered 2 times I vividly remember. The first time, God said, "Fear not, for I am with you." All of a sudden my tears were gone, my heart and soul were unburdened, and I felt profound relief. The second time, I was watching "The Chosen" and I started to pray, telling God that I was worried about my health and being able to work. Then, I gained a sudden clarity, and I said I will be able to work, if it is God's will. A calmness came over me and the fear and worry was gone instantly. It was God's voice in my ear; His words in my mouth. Again, "Fear not, for I am with you." Powerful.
What a powerful testimony! Not only the show impacts the public as a whole ... but the actors themselves. What an awesome God! May his life continue to be the testimony the Lord wherever he goes. What an exciting journey he is on. God is good!

One of the things I absolutely love about Nick's character is how he portrays the heart of a father. I had no idea he wasn't a father, or didn't have that personal life experience. I would NEVER have known. He demonstrates the heart of the father so beautifully and authentically. It's just amazing to hear how God downloaded this to him.

Woke up, went to UA-cam to look up morning prayers to relieve anxiety. Yes, I woke to extreme anxiety and playing audio of scripture with prayers helps. This was there waiting for me. As a huge fan of the Chosen of course I clicked & watched. Pouring tears and filled with love and appreciation to God. Amazing testimony! My prayers for all involved in The Chosen to experience God in an intimate, profound way that secures a lasting relationship with Him. Bless you all.
Love every scene he’s in-because he’s genuine. Translates to the viewer so well that he believes in the Lord.
A similar experience happened to me about 5 months. I felt the fear and love of God. Since then my life has tremendously been changing for the better. I had never felt at peace like I do right now.
I had an encounter similar to Nicks, with God. Where, after I had hit my knees, surrendering my mess of my life to Him because I could no longer carry it, or fix it, it felt like God covered me with the biggest, softest, warm, blanket, and held me close. And said to me, I want you to tell other people about me. And that’s the main focus of my life since that encounter with God about 20 years ago. The chosen series is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever watched, whether on TV or on a big screen. and very much God anointed to bring other people to know Christ. Thank you Jesus for the cast and crew and all those who support them!

Nick, I had a similar experience, I was starting a study on the book of Revelation. I was a Christian, but I carried an agenda tightly in my two hands.
At the beginning of chapter, I read that anyone who reads this book will be blessed. After I read the first chapter - I can't explain it without tears to this day (it happened in 1994.). He convicted me that my fear of losing my children was an insult to Him. I fell on my face with my eyes shut and confessed that I wasn't trusting Him with my family. The description of Jesus in Rev.1 was "alive and active" as it says in Hebrews. It was almost crushing-His presence. I still hadn't opened my eyes. I knew He forgave me. And then He took my hand and lifted me up and I felt Him pouring oil over my head and the His presence poured over me and as St. Patrick said "Christ within me, Christ before me, to my left and my right. I opened the palms of my hands and turned them over to signify that my kids were HIs, and I was His. Shortly after He gave me the call to go into missions. Me, this chicken, fraidy cat, soccer mom was called to pastor at a Dallas mega church as pastor of missions. I've served in some pretty scary places. But He was worth it. I was in Sudan during the war, many places in Africa, Russia, Haiti, Central American. Was it hard, yes, but Jesus is so worth doing "hard" for. I know when someone is being sincere when they share their story, because they cry. I left missions when at 44. I am 67 and still "leak tears". God had to give us tears so we contain His presence.
We live in Abilene now . Our third daughter Erin Grace was born with Down Syndrome. We moved here to be close to my son and family. One of Erin's best friends asked me to start a Bible study for her friends and Erin. We joined hands with Young LIfe and now we have an amazing group that gets together once a month. All the kids watch The Chosen. Many can't read- so it is a wonderful tool for them.
I think this comment has turned into a letter. May His Holy Spirit, rest on you and all cast, camera people, and all the tech people.
I believe The Chosen is a gift from the Holy Spirit to reach the world. The need is urgent to reach unreached people groups. Our church reached two -- one in Sudan and one in NE India. I would love for The Chosen to be made into the Kutchi language. ( See if you can move the Kutchi up the URPG list).
God is a great God. He is wonderful, loving, merciful and faithful. 🙌🙌🙌
I so needed this hope today for my daughter who has turned away and entered into the lies of darkness. I had nearly given up hope, but I know God allowed Nick’s testimony to come up my feed so I would be given strength to continue to trust and be thankful for the turnaround yet to come. What he said about never leaving once you’ve truly experienced God was just the reminder I needed.

I had a similar experience when I finally found God. I airways say it was the attack of Christians. Strangers touched me and said God loves you, he is right there, etc.. every turn a Christian was there, invited me to church and eventually baptism. Thank you Lord for all you have done.

His testimonial interview is magnificent. I was chosen to have my feet washed during Holy Thursday. When the water hit my feet pain went through my entire body and I became overwhelmed and started to cry. It was an awe inspiring moment that I will never forget.

And his testimony of the miracle he experienced in God and the transformation He did over Nick was very moving, and I totally related, as I myself three years ago this month (June), I too had an overwhelming miracle of the Holy Spirit taking over me, and transforming my life. I have often prayed for actors and all cast and crew to have God encounters while doing this show. God bless the "lowly" but incredibly mighty construction workers who obeyed the voice of the Lord while building this set. The Word of God is powerful and permeates everywhere they go on this set. THANK YOU to those faithful crew members who glorified God in their work in an amazing way. Incredible! As I sat listening to him tell of this experience he went through, I was BAWLING, because I too had those same experiences, even right down to the feeling of your entire body vibrating and not feeling as though you were even in your own body anymore. It was frightening, but exciting, all at the same time.

Even when I'm at work, I keep my earbuds in my ears, listening to songs that give PRAISE AND WORSHIP to him, ALL DAY LONG, and when I get home from work, I'm tuned into different Pastors or Teachings of the Bible, and I go to my own Bible and read along, or start searching things out on my own. I used to turn on my TV and watch some stupid something till it was time for my shower and bedtime....but now, my TV stays OFF. All I want is to learn MORE AND MORE, and I simply cannot wait till I can go home to SEE HIM, finally!

Incrrdible testimony. I have been a Jesus freak since I was a child but I feel that pure joy everyday even through the sad trials. You have been called and through the show, your friends you will be such a blessing to those around you just like the contractors. I am so excited for the rest of your life. You do play a father exceptionally well and somewhere a young man will take note and become a wonderful father. I pray for Abba to harvest a beautiful crop through you.

Yes!! I agree! My mom had such an amazing story from when she almost died & she was begging God to take her home to heaven. He told her it wasn’t her time yet! And then He showed her while in that same vision in her hospital bed in I CU how she was being protected from dying! He showed her male angels surrounding her entire bed, all around the edge of it, wings & everything!! But she didn’t tell us for 3 months because she thought we would think she was crazy!! Instead we were in absolute Awe of God!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Love Nik’s testimony. I’ll never forget my encounter with Jesus in December of 1985. It was extraordinary. So much so that I almost missed its meaning. Until August 6, 1986 when I turned my will and my life over to the care of God. Everything changed and has remained changed, Thank God. I consider what happened as the greatest thing He’s ever done for me. He opened my heart and reminded me I was His, which was a pledge I’d made to Him as a child in church.
