- This is part 1 of our Miter City project. Here I will show you how to tile shower bench and shower floor tile installation. If you follow these steps this will be a very easy diy project to follow at home.
Good work man! Always interested to see how other Tile contractors go about completing a project. BTW tiling the flat surfaces before the vertical surfaces is always a good rule of thumb. It makes more sense for watershed and I also think it looks better. With today's advancements in water-proofing it probably doesn't matter as much but it is still good practice.
I 100% agree! but so many people give me push back on that! i honestly just think its easier as well!
That looks great. Overkill perhaps, but do you think a small bead of silicone around the edges against the wall at this point would be beneficial? Help keep water on top of the tile. And I know it's all well waterproofed as you do great work, just something I would think to do and curious what you think 🤔.
I guess it would not hurt. But how it is now also is ok.
Great job! What tiles brand/name are you using?
Saludos desde COLOMBIA, me gustaría saber cómo se llaman todas tus herramientas

I would like to know what your work tools are called

Can you use the same Miter techniques with 3/8 real marble tile?

Awesome video. How long you been doing tile for?

Winni Designs LLC - FairPlay, you are good and thorough! I've been working with my father in law for 2 years now, he's a tiler of 30 years.... and he's shown me the value of REALLY hard graft.... and I don't want to run him down in any way at all.... because to be fair his prices havn't changed in years and years... he's 65 and he not up for learning new tricks these days, he just wants to deliver a fair job at a fair price... but avoids the technical stuff like mitres etc. He likes to slam out the square meterage on floors mainly. So I'm learning a LOT from the the content your putting out.... and it really is EXCELLENT. 👍👍
What thinset do you use
Multimax lite
Easily have 2 people 😉😂
