He makes an assessment of the risk in passing ‘very closely and at speed’ and does not intend any harm, although he knows that the odds are stacked in his favour, ‘cocooned’ as he is in his car where he will not get hurt. the drivers in Source B are intentionally targeting cyclists suggests behaviour which is equally irresponsible, as they too know they are protected by their relative size to the bicycle, and are unlikely to get hurt, but their behaviour is irrational and immoral too because it is planned. The motivation of the cabmen who are ‘chasing the lady,’ and targeting the female writer, suggests perhaps a particular hostility towards women who ride bicycles :D

It will really help you if you write a list of the things you thought you did, and then asked your teacher to comment on whether you had actually mastered those things in your answer. I bet you just need more practice, and there is plenty of time before the exam to do that.

Alarmed. The passengers now knew what to expect from now on as the weather didn’t seem like it was going to get any better, or did they? The clouds growl in rage, whilst the grass sways from side to side in the aggressive gale,which tormented the land. “Unbelievable.” Wass all they could say. Slowly, the swirls gathered round and surrounded the area, showing no signs for allowing anyone to escape. They stood like soldiers preparing for battle and definitely caused chaos around the area. The gale tore of the helpless planks that were held onto the little wooden house by rusty nails. The whole house creaked and groaned, the shutters banged s if some tempestuous night spirit sort to destroy it utterly. He trembled. His legs collapsed underneath him; the sight was too much for him to handle. The swirls show no mercy as they harassed the 2 passengers stood by the car; causing them to cover up. First of all, wow. 80/80? That's better than what most teachers could get. What I'm desperate to know is how you structure got Q3 s and 4s. If I knew that I feel it would save a lot of time in the exam. I'm guessing you must've known lots of sophisticated terminology? And how do you remember sophisticated vocabulary for Q5 (among both papers)? Last question, how did you read the texts when doing the questions? e.g. did Q1 then read the rest of both texts or fully read the texts after Q2, etc. Thanks.
@@williamwarren5234 I meant that I got 100% on paper two for Edexcel (96/96), which is different. Mr Salles has the guide to get 100% for AQA. I do, however, want to dispel a misconception - sophisticated subject terminology is worth no more marks than 'basic' subject terminology - the depth of your AO2 or 4 analysis is what gets pretty much most of the credit. I also didn't 'remember' sophisticated vocabulary for the writing section, which, in my opinion, would be pretty torturous for myself. I use sophisticated vocabulary on a day-to-day basis, in my writing and my speech. None of what I use is 'remembered' as such, but rather something that feels like second nature.
