    A 'windows' question. Thanks for the walkthroughs Lucy, really useful. In a lot of these newer properties, there is a floor to ceiling window in the shower cubicle. Acknowledging that the glass is opaque, at night with the lights on, surely you can still see someone's silhoulette when they are having a shower? Also, could you confirm that the glass is tinted throughout the house as in the video they all look quite dark? Thanks very much.

    Thanks for the video walkthrough however don’t see space for a dining table. Please correct me if wrong

      hi there its because this owner hasn't put one in. Normally people put a table by the kitchen hatch area and then the lounge over the far side.

    Nice! Does the BUA and Plot size you mentioned for the property include or exclude the parking space?

      it is includes the garage space in TAG, some developers not includes in the BAU, but the Plot always includes obviously.
