they're townhouses..this is the whole concept..they were designed to be homes in a " town" where space is limited . they are NOT villas
Which area is this? Is it reachable by metro? Any malls nearby? Also, can you give us a tour of the townhouses?
Hi Lucy quick question. How is that the prices of your properties change every 7 days I’ve never heard that before. I can understand maybe the prices go up maybe after 6 months but 7 days? Would you care to explain?
This is Dubai! Prices change by the day in places and at launches we sell out in under 30 mins at times .Our market here is nothing like you have experienced before. Best to get on the ladder IF you already know you want IN on Dubai real estate. My property went up in Tilal by 50% in 9mths and its not even ready yet!!!
