- Pyaz nahi to kuch nahi aur masala pyaz mil jaye (unlimited) to khana, khana nahi accompaniment ho jata hai. Enjoy this easy-to-make Dhaba Style laccha Pyaz Salad Recipe.
Ingredients:
Onion (large, peeled) - 5 nos
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Black Salt - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1½ tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Ice cubes - few
Chilled water - ½ lt
Green Chilli chopped - to taste
Lemon - to taste
Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp

I am an onion farmer and now a days Onion are seeing in free no one is there to see our tears but when Onions are selling at higher prices all came to show tears of the consumer and still we say that India is a country of farming 😠☹️☹️

In fact, this is the first ever recipe I have made with approximate quantities of Salt, Chilli Powder, etc. And really it was superb!!😋😋 I saw the video of Veg Dum Biryani where you just poured the salt into watervery swiftly. I don't know how to take those approximate estimations of those quantities. Hats Off to you Sir!!🙏🙏

And uske baad se recipe videos upload kr raha hu ...
