Everyone goes to a Jet Li movie to watch him kick ass but this was the first movie where I got so much into his character that I actually didn't want him to fight after being rehabilitated. That underground fight sequence was bittersweet because while it was an awesome fight scene I didn't want his character to revert to being brutal like before.

Jet Li is a badass kind of a guy. A guy like him to act literally like a dog needed some guts and out of the world kind of a performance. I have seen him in typical boring kung fu movies but this movie is a different genre all together. Finished watching this movie 5 seconds back on Sony Pix. My dad watched some fighting scenes in the movie for 5 seconds and told me- Son watch some good things. Dont watch this kind of Chinese kung fu crap. Thank God I didn't listen to him. And btw the director recreated Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris by making Danny fight his owner's alpha fighter. An incredible beautiful movie. And the icing on the cake was provided by Morgan Freeman when after killing Vladimir Putin lookalike,he said- That man can talk some serious shit. The movie is a 9.5 out of 10 from me.
