I took a Conceal Carry Class, and this is one point that the retired Sherrif made, is that you have to make the choice prior to carrying to, even unwillingly, take a life in the defense of you or others. The chance of freezing up is high even with trained officers, so anything that can be decided beforehand will give you the best chance of surviving something like this. Unfortunately, even with a clear picture of someone's face, it isn't always easy, especially if they came from far away. Add to that the masks and the hoodies and all you can really say is you're looking for a black male late teens to 20's, and perhaps his approximate height and weight. Not much to go by. These guys probably drive back to the city, and the cities are busy with a lot of violent crime of their own. Now when you shoot them, they often end up in hospitals, and cops can find them by checking on people with gun shot wounds at hospitals.

It was in the Union Hills area in Phoenix theres a news article and tv coverage on it.

In most of the countrys with strict gun laws and where handling guns is not seen as normal there are far less armed robberies, (mass-)shootings and so on. Maybe the approach to fight guns with even more guns is a bit outdated.
This example is an exception to the rule. The one who uses the weapon first always has the advantage. And in most cases these are criminals. How much have guns helped children in schools?!

Unfortunately, even with a clear picture of someone's face, it isn't always easy, especially if they came from far away. Add to that the masks and the hoodies and all you can really say is you're looking for a black male late teens to 20's, and perhaps his approximate height and weight. Not much to go by. These guys probably drive back to the city, and the cities are busy with a lot of violent crime of their own. Now when you shoot them, they often end up in hospitals, and cops can find them by checking on people with gun shot wounds at hospitals.

Quality footage does that much of a difference when used with AI, enhancements are not the same to this crisp of an image. Then theres fps, that many frames at that quality means he gets caught if he as many as a single picture from middle school and a selfie.

She wasn't working that day but a guy just came in with a gun, went right up to the pharmacy counter, and demanded for all the narcotics. A customer behind him was armed and shot and killed the robber. The blood spattered on the pharmacist on duty's white coat. It was in the Union Hills area in Phoenix theres a news article and tv coverage on it.
