I suffer from a lot (total understatement 🙈) of anxiety and I'm alone for a while and really struggling, and have other mh and physical health stuff so your videos are so calming. I only just discovered them and had this one saved for Sunday lol, I do that. But I really needed it so I'm watching it now. I highly recommend starting with a template! This is a template that I bought off of Etsy and it helped me learn so much about Notion since I didn't have to build any of it myself. There are SO many awesome ones on Etsy to choose from!

I MISS PINTEREST!! During your notion portion of the video I was wondering about your routine for practicing gratitude? I know you’ve mentioned you’re not a journal gallie so how like to bring gratitude into your day/resets? 💕
I don't really have a routine for practicing gratitude- tbh I'm someone who is always saying things out loud like (wow I'm so grateful for this) so I don't feel the need to have a way to bring it into my day because naturally I express alot of gratitude into the universe if that makes sense!
Have you ever read Darling Venom? Such a great read, but there are suicide triggers. It's so good though!

I sure am! It's just something I've decided to keep to myself- the bullying is REAL with post-grad/grad school 😅 I was constantly being belittled for being in a part time grad diploma program by people doing their Masters and it wasn't worth sharing online anymore
