This is going to be a Five Star improvement to this property. Home owner is going to finally have peace of mind with the new drainage and the patio improvement will be a great property enhancement. Great prep, looking forward to the pour.
You should make use of mechanical devices to assist as much as possible. Save all of your backs over time, you can’t put a price on health. The skid steer was definitely a good idea.
I will probably be selling my Ditch Witch Sk800 later this year once my new sk900 comes in. Its got about 670 hours on it right now. No breaker though. I am up by Sacramento.
From my personal experience take care of the crew and crew takes care of you skid steer worth it ty for the video have a good one bro n just buy a new skid steer and coring machine you can use the purchases as write offs when you file your taxes because of your contractor business bro
I thought your dad bought a mini skid a couple of years ago. As far as needing one for this job, anytime you can minimize the risk of injury is a big positive. Gotta minimize workman’s comp/back injury claims. Have a motto, “work smarter-not harder”.
@@OdellCompleteConcrete ohhhhhh! That rascal took it with him. Check the rental companies on line to see what’s available for sale. Buying new is best because you’re not buying someone else’s troubles. Good luck!
I’m selling my mt100 with forks, tooth bucket, and trencher attachment. Only has around 50 hours. I bought it thinking I would use it but barely touch it. Only downside is I’m based out of georgia
Don't tell your Dad but your videos are now better than his! Clearer descriptions, in sync with what we are viewing and smoother delivery. Sorry Dad, Tim got the better "stuff"! Much respect Tim...

I love seeing California back yards. The yards are always very different than Texas homes. Beautiful plants usually!❤❤❤

Tradesmen need to patent these tools to make money on their ideas.

Just buy a new one instead of used from someone. Tax write offs🎉
