Capital investments always have my support, along those lines get a tracked bobcat soon, you save all rental expenses to help amortize the cost, but sometimes contractors do not look at increased productivity by having bobcat present at all your jobs even ones that are now too small to justify time and rental expense and easier loading and movimg materials etc. I really like the care you exhibit in cleanup very professional job. this is socal .. covered completely in concrete... hundred years ago use to be the most fertile area .. now all the concrete and overpopulation has turned it into a shopping mall parking lot that covers all of socal .. then they wonder why a tiny rain causes massive flooding.. its because the water can't be absorbed into the ground... half the houses in socal should not exist.. a lot of it is because of the invasion they've had out there for 50 years.. I just so would never want to live in that madness .. the weather is great.. everything else not so much

Nice quality work. Although to each their own, I personally don't like how its more concrete than nature. I think it would have looked nicer if they didn't put any concrete to the right side of their sidewalk leading up to the main entrance. That way the whole right side could be their "garden" section. This along with more planters along the house permiter would look better IMO.
