Only days ago I came across This beautiful talented Woman on UA-cam. Thanks to Melanie, I am making my first patchwork quilt. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. Sending my heartfelt condolences to Melanie's Family.
Melanie's UA-cam videos helped me learn how to sew during the early months of the pandemic. Her spirit will live on in her work and all the work of others like me that she inspired.
So sorry for your loss. She will be remembered for all that she did and said..... But mostly for how she made people feel. Her smile is so beautiful. And her ♥ huge. I wish God's grace to keep you all on your journey on until you all meet again. Love and light and may the force be with you. God bless you all.
I've haven't heard of her..........however she shines with such a beautiful, calming spirit! This is so heartbreaking to hear. My prayers and condolences go out to all that knew her and she touched. May God Rest Her Beautiful Soul.
Thank you to Melanie's family for allowing her channel and work to stay here. I found her today, February 2024 while searching for lighted Christmas tree skirrs. I decided to look at her other videos and discovered she has passed away...But, like Dorcas in the Scriptures, her work remains, and we can see the good she had done--including her PSAs about fire safety at Christmas time. May God continue to bless you all.
Oh this made me cry :( And just as I;ve been looking for channels to learn better knitting - I think I will find hers and subscribe (as a sign of respect and to celebrate her life). I wish I'd have known about her earlier than just now. RIP Lovely Melanie Ham
Wow. I started watching a beginner quilting video series and really liked it, then I read the comments and learned that the video creator passed. Her legacy will continue to live on and help others. It's also a good reminder to enjoy life and spread kindness
She radiates kindness and sincerity and goodwill. All while teaching people valuable skills. She is a modern day influencer in the best sense of the word. I use the present tense because her work will live on. So sorry for the loss to her family and friends.
So sad to hear about Melanie Ham. I came across her UA-cam channel when pandemic began , when I wanted to sew a face mask; she was the one I picked because her tutorial was clear and easy to understand and simple to, straight to the point, the way tutorials should be, since then I started following her, I also learned to make box pouch because of her, and I made several of them and gave them as gifts. She's very talented. RIP Melanie and condolences 💐 to your husband and kids.
When such a good person dies, it always makes me wonder "why them", they were good. Melanie is another one of the good people who brightened the world and who leaves brightness here to grow. She brightened and loved her family; she loved her work and her followers. She made a difference with her teachings in Honduras. My condolences to her family and loved ones, they must have meant so much to her and she to them. RIP

My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. It’s really hard loosing a family member. I hope and pray God will give them the strength to go on. May God watch over her children and may she Rest In Peace.
I watch her video and can't help but feel anger. I see how gentle, kind, giving and attractive this women was. I look around and think why her, why not take the life of someone more deserving. I guess that statement is a matter of perspective. Lorin
May her precious soul rest in perfect peace, Condolences to her beloved family and friends! We pray the good Lord would confort her family with peace. She was so special! God bless them and their family and loved ones during this very difficult time.💔
💞💔
I miss her online. She was one of the first crafters I learned from and I started with crocheting
This saddens me so much. I had never heard of her...but she has such a sweet spirit. Condolences to the family.
Melanie was a light in this world, a gifted and encouraging teacher. With a huge heart and she will be missed deeply.
It is very sad to see someone so sweet, caring and talented go thru such an awful and painful situation. It breaks my heart just to think of what her husband, children and the rest of the family are going thru. My condolences and prayers for the whole family. RIP 😪
Why does life get cut short for people like this, I know none of us are perfect, but this vibrant young wife and mother just seemed to exude so many good qualities. My thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones tonight.
Peace ,and comfort to Melanie's family....she blessed us greatly by her teaching 💝 her beauty truly shines🙌🏽🙏🏽.
I was still watching her videos, obvious to what was happening, until last year, I saw her health video updates. I was fairly new to her channel, I’d been following for 2 years now, but watching all her older videos to her most recent before she finally stopped crafting. My prayer go out to her family and friends and her most faithful followers, she had inspired me and gave me hope in my crafting journey to make memorable stuff not just quilting. God bless her family and hold them close in these sadden times. She is truly an inspiration and will always be remembered in her videos. Thank you.
The photo of Melanie in hospital clutching her husband as he holds her at her most vulnerable. It was raw, real and extremely sad. It broke my heart for Melanie, her husband, their children and their families. Thank you for the lessons Melanie. I’m sorry your life was cut so short. May you forever Rest In Peace 🥰🥰 much love to you all
Only days ago I came across This beautiful talented Woman on UA-cam. Thanks to Melanie, I am making my first patchwork quilt. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. Sending my heartfelt condolences to Melanie's Family.
RIP lovely lady, my heart goes out to her husband and children.
May GOD BLESS you all. ❤
Melanie's UA-cam videos helped me learn how to sew during the early months of the pandemic. Her spirit will live on in her work and all the work of others like me that she inspired.
Rest in peace Melanie, you were loved and will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to husband and children🙏🏻❤️🌸🌷
I pray that there’s a cure for cancer one day. It’s taken too many friends/family members. Rest easy, Melanie!
There is, but the big cancer industry companies wont let It be

Very true. They are making more money, with chemotherapy, and radiation, and other drugs, that are still (so called)being trialled..

True! Funny they can make a vaccine for Covid, but they haven't got a vaccine for HIV,Hepatitis C, Ebola virus.
@@mariahewitt9787 such a good point, they think we're stupid
I followed her closely and she inspired me to quilt and knit. I miss her dearly
She was a beautiful soul. Wishing her family peace.
Oh this made me cry :( And just as I;ve been looking for channels to learn better knitting - I think I will find hers and subscribe (as a sign of respect and to celebrate her life). I wish I'd have known about her earlier than just now. RIP Lovely Melanie Ham
I'd never heard of her until now, but after watching this video I'm sad that she is gone.😥😥😥
Wow. I started watching a beginner quilting video series and really liked it, then I read the comments and learned that the video creator passed. Her legacy will continue to live on and help others. It's also a good reminder to enjoy life and spread kindness
This is tragic. Life is so cruel sometimes. My deepest condolences to Melanie's family and friends 🙏
Omg I am so so sad her videos taught me to crochet. She was so lovely. She will be missed
Very sad ! Condolences to her husband and children R.I.P.sweet Melanie

RIP Melanie. I loved your enthusiasm. You were so inspiring and a great teacher.
Such young, vibrant and beautiful woman; my heart goes out to her family; may her soul Rest In Peace 🙏🏾
Such a beautiful woman inside and out. A great loss.
RIP
Melanie was very special, besides talented and beautiful. Thank you for honoring her with this clip.
How sad. She seemed like such a beautiful caring soul.
Saddened that this disease and the lack of better treatment has taken a woman who clearly had so much to share. May her spirit and creative talents live on in her vlogs. ❤️
My deepest condolences to the family may God give you strength during this extremely difficult time.🙏
Loved her! Thinking of family at this time and hoping for peace for all…. She was a 💎
So sad to lose someone who is obviously talented and had such a kind heart. I pray the Lord eases the grief of her family. 🙏❣
She was the first on UA-cam to teach me how to make my first quilt. I am devastated that she has passed. I am honored to have watched her videos and see her smiling face. She will be truly missed by many, but I will continue to watch and learn from her amazing talents.
My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. It’s really hard loosing a family member. I hope and pray God will give them the strength to go on. May God watch over her children and may she Rest In Peace.
I learned how to quilt during the beginning of COVID finding Melanie on UA-cam. How very grateful I am I got to meet her. Prayers for her family.
I watch her video and can't help but feel anger. I see how gentle, kind, giving and attractive this women was. I look around and think why her, why not take the life of someone more deserving. I guess that statement is a matter of perspective. Lorin
Still in shock, praying for family....those young children are heavy on my heart
Such a beauty. Prayers to all who love her.
I love Melanie’s videos and have been watching them for years. I made my first quilt with one of her quilt-a-long videos. She was so talented.

She was so special! I made my first blanket for my grandson with her.
Then hats for the homeless using her straightforward simple guide.

I just heard of this sweet soul two hours ago looking to make an easy hat. I haven’t crocheted since high school. I consider it an honor I’m able to learn from her at this moment. God bless your memory.
