- I Finally got the iPad Pro M2 and here's what I really think - Apple iPad Pro M2 launched about a month ago and in this video, I am going to tell you what I really think about this iPad. Apple iPad Pro 6th generation features 11" Liquid Retina IPS LCD 120HZ HDR10 Dolby vision 600 nit display, 12MP+10MP dual rear camera capable of up to 4K video recording. 8/16GB of ram depending on the storage capacity you go with, 7538 mAH battery, Apple M2 CPU. I bought this one as well, arriving today, after using my ipad air 2 for almost 10 years. I remember not too long ago I was over at a friends house and I had brought this old ipad along and the reaction nothing short of super impressed. Hopefully this ipad pro will impress me as much even though the video killed the vibe slightly.
I’m upgrading to this iPad from a iPad 6th gen with 2 holes in it….. so I’m super excited for this
1:55 The 12.9 inch can also „just“ hit 600 nits, only when you‘re watching HDR content it can get brighter than that. Otherwise, great video as always👍
As an artist who is still new to apple.
I will buy this. I have never owned any apple ipads but I did have an apple iphone 5s but that was a looong time ago now.
Also, I always wanted to try doing some animations in procreate or some rendering or digital painting on it.
I can't believe some have complained about this the iPad pro is amazing in so many ways we should be great full for this kind of teck for real, I mean having the best tablets in the world in our laps we should be great full with all due respect my brother we most remember where we came from to now , what a huge difference
For me and it’s an upgrade from air 3 and I must say it’s so fast and smooth! I absolutely love it !!!

What has been the best Apple device introduced this year Nick? All the products they introduced have been pretty underwhelming.
On your comment about it feeling "boring"... This is unavoidable. There's not really much they can do anymore to add enjoyment. The same thing applies to 99.9% of tech nowadays. We're hitting a stalemate where, for the most part, everything has been done for personal devices and it's now just refinements to existing tech. Something will come out in the future that is game changing but for now we'll only see slightly better screens, slightly faster internals and slightly better cameras. The fact we even have things like ipad pro 11" to begin with is still mind blowing to me.
That is true, I also think that Apple is hitting a limit with their chip technology all the way up to the m2 ultra, I’d be surprised if they made a new chip more powerful than that one
i have a 2017 10.5 ipad pro so i feel this will be a moderately large upgrade from what i have rn when i get this one

So this is going to be my first apple product im kinda hardcore android fanboy but procreate and some pro apps convinced me to get it there is nothing like those apps anywhere to i had to get it but hope the experience goes well its gonna arrive tommorow 🤞

Currently I am using an iPad 9x7 (2016) and it's starting to show its age after 6 years. I'm seriously considering buying the new 2022 iPad Pro 11” (with 1 TB) in a few months. I do believe that making such a major leap in versions from my old to this new iPad with all the improvements warrants the cost of this new version. Would like your feedback.
I have that with the 1/2 TB. One terabyte seems like a lot for me if you’re trying to save some money. I upgrade about every 18 months, I’ve had seven iPads in the last 10 years.
I just got my iPad Pro 11 inch 2022 m2 1tb in the mail today and it comes with 16gb ram over the 8gb ram you get on the smaller storage iPad Pro m2 models. It’s worth the extra money to get the extra ram and storage.

It’s hilarious how so many reviewers test the geekbench graphics and CPU tests, then show us that power by opening something like the Target App or Notes 😅 No Man’s Sky and CoD Warzone is coming out, and I like I can play Apex Legends at 4k 60 max graphics
Yeah I’ve been play lots of COD Mobile since getting my 11” M2 iPad a few days ago & it screams playing it. Basically PS4 graphics on an iPad now plus the pencil support & massive multimedia potential. So far I’m pretty happy with my purchase

I will go for the Ipad Pro 12,9 inch M2. Think the bigger screen is so much better for watching some movies for me. And also doing stuff for school on it.
Eh. I have the M1 12.9 and it’s not as amazing as you’d think. Yeah mini LED is sweet but laying in bed or even sitting down trying to hold it for long periods of time gets old quick. Im swapping out for an 11 M2 because I want an iPad, not a portable MacBook
I used to have a 12.9 and thought the same thing but at 1.5lbs its bit heavy for using as a media consumption device. Is much more suited for desk use or using on a stand for doing art work. This time I got an 11 inch m2 version much happier that half pound lighter makes it a lot more enjoyable to use for media consumption.
i'm going for 11" ipad pro because of practicality and portability very handy especially when you travelled a lot.. i used my 12.9" ipad of my sister is to big and heavy esp when you put the magic keyboard it's not comfortable to bring anywhere and very eye catching to people, and yes 12.9" has XDR display but still not an Oled if i'm looking for movie i'll buy a samsung s8 with Oled display and much affordable.. 12.9" Ipad is not an ideal for normal ipad.. but it depends on how you'll used it.
I love my 12.9 M2. I had a 12.9 M1 and 11 inch 3rd gen. I use 95 percent of time 12.9 M2
What about its durability?
What do you guys do when the battery of your iPad goes below 80% and you DON’T want it to be replaced with a refurbished unit by Apple? Where do you get a new battery installed?

What y’all don’t understand is this iPad is way smoother compared to the older options. 60hz compared to 120hz but y’all don’t get hz.
The processor, cameras, and screen changed… If you don’t think that is a big deal… maybe reviewing colorful toys might be a better choice…
I wish that Apple would add Face ID unlock while wearing a mask to the iPad Pro line up. Surely the hardware is powerful enough to handle that function.

These devices are now far too expensive. The Asian and European prices have risen 20% over the past 3 months. Ridiculous.
I think the M2 iPad Pro is a waste of money, just get the M1 iPad Pro from last year instead. you’ll save money, and it is a much better value.

@@nickackermanchannel yep, it’s a shame that Apple puts their most powerful CPU inside of their most powerful iPad, but they don’t take advantage of it.. iPadOS is still holding the CPU back unfortunately, also, there aren’t any pro apps either to take advantage of the M2‘s power. The iPad Pro is overkill in my opinion.
@@123theprodigy5 In games like Genshin Impact, it's much better than the M1 in full graphics. It is played without difficulty in full graphics. at 120fps. There is not much difference in price from the M1, it can be bought for the first time buyers. I agree that it is a model that will appeal to professionals.

@@123theprodigy5 by the way, seriously the genshin effect is a different perspective. When the M2 and M1 models are compared, perhaps there is no difference in performance for now, but Genshin Impact is a really challenging game regardless of the chip in the devices. For example, it was getting hot in M1, a game that can only be played for long periods in M2.
