- Kevin Jewer taking some time away from his low 8 second 1g rear wheel drive talon to work on his Mighty Max.
First night out after swapping the engine back in.
Truck was spinning hard in the low 40 degree weather, even tried launching in 2nd gear.
TCI competition TH350 trans
Things learned: Need bigger brakes to hold it back on the line, need LSD to hold all those torques to the ground, maybe a line lock.

I just picked up an 89 mighty max the other day. Where can I find parts I need to throw a turbo on and what not?
This is a complete 4g63 swap, bolting a turbo to the stock engine is a whole different ball game. This truck runs a 2g wiring harness to allow for the swap.

What size rim & tire ? And where can I find them? I fucking dig them.
Dude needs tk work on shifting and traction. If it was a mute vid I would think that’s a bone stock 2.4🤷🏽♂️.
You can turn these engines around for RWD? This'll make a great hot rod engine.
Same 4g63 engine Kevin has in his 7 second RWD talon.
What I meant was how would you turn it around? What transmission do you use? My initial impressions are to use a Mitsubishi truck or Ford Sierra 5-speed transmission (using an adapter plate).

I have a 1991 ram 50 with the 2.4l 5 speed manual transmission do you think the 4g63 will work.
Check out my other vids of the truck and look at the engine bay. The engine has been rotated 90 degrees and goes front to back in this truck, it uses a Hincher adapter plate and runs a th350 trans.
I own a mighty max Mitsubishi 1988 automatic. I was wondering if I can turbo charge it like you did to yours. And if I land where do I find the kit for it? Please respond back. I'm looking forward to hear answers(:
It is a full 4g63 engine swap. It is possible to turbo the stock one but would require more one off parts than a 4g63 swap and not be able to handle as much power by far.
Ok is there a kit for a full swap? I don't know much about cars but I think it be cool and fun(:
