    Well it’s winter here about a foot of snow bitter cold outside… there is no fresh flowers growing outside…. But they look delicious so I’ll save this receipt for summer and make T these then for sure. Thank you

    I've never seen zuchini flower before, but now I know what I will do when I see one. With the excess batter you can put sugar and some salt in there and make naleśniki

    Which variety of zucchini do you use for the flowers. The ones I grow produce humongous very delicate flowers that don't stand up to the preparation. ?????????

      I agree. The flowers I buy in Canada never come with the stems and the flower itself is nowhere as thick and strong like yours, that you're able to over lap the ends like that...

    Tried to make them (to many pumpkins on garden), inserted into oil, in 15 seconds filling made a hole in the flower and dough and most of the filling came out and made oil black and whole apartment has a cheese smell. Thew everything to garbage bin, maybe next year.

    How is the filling un-healthy?
    I lost 140lbs in 7 months eating as much eggs, cheese, meat, nuts and green vegetables as I wanted, just limit carbs to 20 grams a day.

      You can put only 1spoon to just "condiment". Or, you can use goat cheese instead for a milder flavour
