I was thinking about launching a studio to create 2d animation movies to sell to netflix, but I can not find certified information if i would make some money i don't a revenue like, similar to youtube revenue i want a financial revenue enough to have an headquater build do you have any ideas how netflix get 2d film published?

Really need to get back in the saddle for animating! I have done a couple of shorts (one in the first animation contest you hosted). Just every time I get to a point in the story, I end up hating it and scrapping the entire project.

The business course sounds extremely useful to anyone looking to get into the 2D animation business, as much fun as getting to work on something you love and get paid for it, the negotiation process and back and forth can be very difficult. Sometimes its negotiating price, sometimes its the timeframe, sometimes its something completely different. One thing I’ve found to be helpful when working with clients is to create a basic pipeline of their project and to constantly send updates their way so they know that their project is being worked on. Ive found that a lot of clients I’ve worked with don’t actually know how a 2D animation is made and don’t realise that it still involves drawing every frame. Also your passion project animation is looking absolutely stunning, cant wait to watch it and gawk at the beautiful water animations❤

Hey Howard, thanks for sharing what you've been up to. Animating for official sonic projects is something I really got in my head for so long and I would love to be part of that team and have a better friend group. But getting connections and being friends with the sega marketing team seems hard and scary to reach out. I would love to hear your advice on how I can pursue that goal. Great video btw.

I hope that someone puts on a good animation contest. I liked hosting a contest, but I can't justify 2 months out of the year doing a task that I don't get paid for, and I put the rest of my business on hold. If a sponsor were to step up and pay me for those 2 months of work, I would definitely consider doing it again. But the sponsors would only put up products and so any proceeds went to the contest winners.
