Hey thanks for watching my videos!
Well my favorite animator in the world animates with his finger. His name is Alexander Petrov and he works in stop motion with oil paints on glass. It's a tough process but it's beautiful to look at.
Although I'm guessing you might be talking about working on a phone or an ipad? I find I have greater dexterity on a graphics tablet like a wacom, a Huion or an XP-Pen

I've been learning animation for 3yrs using my phone and finger, it feels a bit different at first, I tried quitting a couple of time because it's not that convenient to draw with finger on phone, but after 3yrs of being relentless, I'm use to the flow of drawing on my phone with finger, don't give up, you can do it

Everything I do is with my fingers. Except for some early works. Im saving up for a new drawing tablet but until then I'm drawing with my finger lol.
