What a kind and smart guy Eze seems, has performed well when he's been on the field in the Euros this summer, too. His parents deserve to be proud of him.
JJ needs to grow up . Foreal . He will. Go no where with complaining . He should listen to his parents when they said practice and show them . This right here will make him stronger if he’s willing to shut his mouth and just put in the work
JJ can solo u easily buddy. While ur stealing ppls videos, he's actually playing at a professional premier league academy. To see an adult this immature really surprises me.
Now I see the reason why jj or junior dixon (his real name) was the top scorer for Birmingham academy last season but 5 managers have not given him a sniff of the first team, wasting his potential big time
JJ need to change that attitude, if he doesn't change that attitude it will be his down fall. Not everytime things will go your way but you have to keep on fighting 💪 💯
The parents are doing a great disservice! To pat his head when he's clearly wrong sums up where his attitude comes from. Every time he realised they probably blamed the clubs and not him even though he mentioned its his attitude
This JJ kid shows his maturity and not in a good way. Saying, there is no point in playing with the 16's, when his coaches are trying to get him minutes. Terrible mental and attitude towards his football
I don't get it, In England they do all this micro management and yet produce just another average talent by world football standards. I mean they have to be doing it wrong somewhere man ? Don't you guys think so or is it just me ? Meanwhile if you look at the Brazillian or spanish talent these guys are not as big as these england ones but they're so talented on the ball with their touches etc. I think the physical conditioning they do at these academies is where they're going wrong, Flexibility is a key part of football imo, the more techincal ballers are more flexible given how smooth they are in their movements meanwhile in England physical emphasis is given more.
In almost every interview it’s about themselves and playing for contracts. Nothing about helping the team. It’s like they almost forget that it’s a team sport. Nature of the academy beast.
@@MH_347 yeah money can be a motivator but still even after so much work england produces average ballers. Look at the talent that is produced in countries like Brazil and Spain in comparison
When we see that the national team of England has won only one world Cup in 1964 and after that nothing , and has won no Europe Cup at all, we can ask the following question : why you have so nany academy in England if they can't deliver a high skilled players ?
England were well behind for a long time but it’s obvious they’re producing better players now. In saying that English coaches aren’t upto standard yet. At least they’re not playing long balls all the time anymore.
England never won World Cup in 1964. So I stopped reading your 'expert' opinion half the first sentence. Any fan would know it was 1966. Bye bye football guru!
@@mirtsu8147 Ya, wish things were better for JJ but now there’s 0 traces of him even playing for Palace. Tayo has made 2 first team appearances at palace and was on loan in Belgium last season

Great insight into life as an academy player and the mental and physical requirements to be a professional footballer. Thanks for sharing.
The coach whose initials were ER featured as on the Nike academy as well
So JJ got released from two teams for a specific reason and continues to act that way? Sounds like he doesn’t learn and should be dropped
