I've been studying the way he paints the figures and what makes them so unique compared to other figure painters...his coloring style has a "per-determined" light source which makes it stand out. He's also using un-blended gradient in his painting, and later on lightly masked with transparent color mists...it's really great and refreshing seeing another perspective of this art.
Then people say that watching paint dry is boring... amazing piece, precioso 👌

I've said it before and I'll say it again. This technique transcends the hobby! I don't paint minis but I paint on canvas and this inspires me everytime.

Man your stuff is super inspirational to me. I love so much of the work you do, and you've inspired me to really try and up my game with the new army I'm working on. The videos help teach and are fantastic to watch it all come together. The biggest mystery I still can't wrap my head around is how you completely swing past the 'ugly phase' in mini painting, it looks great at every step!
There is a lot to explain in it, that's why I create tutorials explaining each aspect weekly in my Patreon channel, to explain here a little bit briefly, I understand the thumbnail as a sketch that I add layers and layers to create new information, I don't worry about the technical section because later I smooth adding new information with the airbrush. I know it is a unique and very personal style, but the glazes have always seemed boring to me.

Many years ago I paid a lot of money to download painting videos from Miniature Mentor. And today, this beautiful video is just available for me on youtube. Quality-wise this video is better. But I just want to appreciate how wonderful it is. Thank you for sharing your art with us.

The figure was sold to a collector, fortunately many of my clients are loyal and my works do not last long with me. :D

This particular project I can't tell you the exact amount of hours I had to paint because I was on vacation days, it had to be delivered and I had to be from sunrise to sunset painting. So I would say a lot!

Normally when I go to the fairs is where I buy it.
What I most wish for is a video and completed paint job of Fabius bile teaching the young fulcrum clone, free ofc cuz I tried at so much and failed at so much that I just want a piece of your work to remind me that there is excellence and perfection and this old vet would die happy

Fantastic! I notice you don't paint all the way up to the edge of another section of the model. Is this to create separation between objects, similar to black lining?
Also, do you have any plans to paint more 28mm-32mm models? You've done a few in the past, and it's great to see what changes when you paint smaller ones.
I paint in all scales, although the one I like the most is the 70/75mm, it is the most artistic and the one I enjoy the most. I will post more videos of Warhammer or lower scales.
