I had a dream last night that I walked into a room and saw an old woman standing there. She turned around and it was my grandmother that had passed away a year ago. I walked over to her and was asking her if she was really my grandmother and she didn’t say anything and held out her arms to give me a hug. I was trying not to cry so I wouldn’t wake myself but I eventually did end up waking up with tears in my eyes. This was honestly one of the best dreams I’ve ever had

this song is exactly what i would picture how now my childhood feels to me. It had nice moments, i know, but it's just those memories and the entirety of them had been erased/blocked from my brain for me to reach and remember. I can picture myself doodling without a care in the world, wearing colorful clothes and watching cartoons like winnie the pooh, watching disney movies and hugging my stuffed animals tight to sleep, and yet is something so strange to me, when i know that all 5 year old me knew was trauma and scary things, this song, to me, feels like mourning the childhood i've never got to experience and that i can't quite claim. an uncanny, yet very comforting tune.

Its like a dream i had some time ago. a child in a 70’s latin american small city, while a dictartorship is happening in the background of the things that happens to this child. His family lives in a small and poor house, and one afternoon, i can see him talking with his grandfather about silly stories of his youth. It feels so melancholic, all the situation, the light of the sunset, the sadness in peoples faces, the silence and the loneliness, just the sound of wind in a desert landscape
While I was listening to this song, It felt like I opened a door to another dimension. The crisp sounds while I walked on the grass, the 'bizzz' 'bzzz' coming from lady beetles, bees, or the lovely chirpings from harmless birds taking flight. The smell of sweet scented flowers, including the fresh smell of trees with the sun peaking through its leaves. Everything feels nostalgic, even though I've never had these memories.
