The stork in the beginning of the video is known as a Sandhill Crane. They make fantastic noises, almost like some kind of dinosaur. Growing up in Wisconsin I also was lucky enough to see Great Blue Herons which are another very large bird, maybe thats the other bird you saw.
You went from WI to the middle of ND and you didn't stop by Grand Forks? You could have crashed here for the night and stocked up on home cooked goodies. Oh well, maybe next time.

Yep i got gipped by that 160 a night actually only 12 hours due to a 100 mph storm in California back in 2018 it sucked all that mondy it was only cause tge tent with all my dry stuff got washed in the flood

That floating rate thing seems to be common with hotels.
The weekends are always higher it seems. Usually by like 20 bucks. But dam near 100$ difference is Ludacris
