That was definitely a weak vacuum. Literally cheaply made, had no power, and seemed to only make weird noises instead of sucking stuff up. Motor especially looked small and weak. That anti-tangle brush is a lie factory for sure! It couldn’t help but easily tangle, clog, and jam up.
In all honesty if you want a vacuum that will last forever with general maintenance, a machine that is made to take a beating, a machine that is worth every penny get a sebo g4/g5 with HEPA bags.
That pile of garbage is like every other bagless Bissell the motor sucks up dust then spits it back out while getting louder and sounding like an ear bleeding siren at the same time.

At least it looked like it had a good filtration seal before he took out the post motor filter.
