Golden Corn Cupcakes
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
5g (1 tsp.) Lemon juice
80g (6.5 tbsp.) Sugar
108g (0.8 cups) Cornmeal (fine)
60g (0.5 sticks) Unsalted butter
60ml Milk
Preheat the oven to 140℃ (284℉) and bake for 15 minutes
Then adjust to 160℃ (320℉) and bake for 3 minutes
