It seems like Reksai has a lot of bugs which are probably putting her power down, this is something I cannot read from patch notes. They're getting fixed next patch according to Phreak, and on top of that I did not realize they removed true damage from E (not really readable from patch notes). I still think long term this champion will be WAY better, but might need another patch of adjustments

A major blow is close to 200% AD scaling completely evaporated from the kit, she feels quite tanky atm, but her damage is nonexistent + her items are more expensive now that she is no longer an assassin, so her early which was her bread and butter is also suffering. The champ is gonna be in a better place later on, but she needs a nerf t the passive and a buff to the E and R damage.
Think the winrate thing is mostly just cause people are going really squishy on her. I see a lot of eclipse sundered sky stuff instead of going smth more like darius 1 2 dmg items into full tank
E bite change was actualy a nerf, true dmg is op asf but against high hp targets is a slight buff, so she’s basically scaling champ now. Her playstyle is very diferent now and thats why her wr is low
16% Max health is nothing. Target needs to have atleast 4k HP for the tooltip dmg to reach old E. A Champion with that much health has atleast 50% dmg Reduction with armor. E does legit now 1/3 of the dmg it did before.
Q is a nerf, the attack speed is there just to match how the skill worked before magical damage is a nerf, we can't trigger cleaver or stridebreaker with our bQ or bW anymore E is a HUGE nerf to our damage R is another HUGE nerf to our damage only the regen and faster tunnels are actually a buff...
See as a reksai main my first reaction was like nemesis, but after playing it I think she feels worse. The q feels so clunky now (bug apparently) but she also does soooo much less dmg than before its actually pathetic. The only real buffs are the aoe knockup and more passive healing, but neither of those rly help you win games. I wish they would also fix the thing where if you E through a wall occasionally reksai wont go through the tunnel i dunno if its a bug or what but its been in the game for years maybe even since she was released tbh

Its a massive nerf, what is the guy talking about lmaooo, his clear speed was already slow now worse, damage worse, multi knockup for 1sec if you go into multiple champs you get blown up he has no innate defensive abilities. His only strength is ganking and now you dont have enough damage to kill champs on your ganks. Awful take from someone who typically has good takes on balance changes, way off on this one.

Phreak did mention it in on of his videos that some bugs were discovered (i.e. an interaction with Q and R that made the R do no dmg or not cast and go on cd) but due not much time left for the 14.4 he said he'll fix them for the next one 14.5.

No, builds have been corrected. Most people playing her are mains. She had the second lowest play rate before this patch. Everyone knows what to build on her, but they gutted at least 20% of her overall damage from the kit for a situational knockup, and situational HP Regen. The best buff was tunnel cooldowns. I think the buffs were good, but the course correction nerfs were too heavy. The nerfs need to be partially rolled back. 900k points on the champ, I like the direction of the change, but it needs some tuning. She's already difficult to succeed with in solo Q, and making her hit and run makes it even harder for solo Q teams to play around you, so the nerfs were too heavy. Probably out of fear that she will become pick/ban in pro play.
I was hyped bcuz of the W knock up change being able to knock up all champs nearby and the E changes were a breath of life, but she just lost so much dmg. 75% AD lost from ult, no AD W dmg, and E is more effective against tanks. Hopefully more changes will come.
Her win rate is dropping by the minute, the changes are massive nerfs, actually baffled how Nemesis of all people can't evaluate this adjustment properly. A massive failure by the balance team as well, this is the worst adjustment/mini rework done to a champion in recent times
Yeah winrate matters a lot when the champion's playstyle completely changed, her build changed (people still building wrong items), her pickrate spiked which means bad players are picking her, and she has a shit ton of bugs which I cannot read from patch notes. This is not a massive failure by the balance team, this will legitimately make the champion WAY better long term lol
And how exactly is that? The the only utility change she got is literally the AoE knockup, which quite literally almost never matters nowadays. Her utility is only marginally better while almost all of her spells got massively hit.
A major factor is an influx of new players who suck at the champ, and players who autopilot to the old lethality builds. She might still be weak, but not that weak. Also old Rek'sai had an inflated winrate due to most players being dedicated mains, it's the same with pretty much all unpopular champions.

The changes are 100% nerfs, one of the worst adjustments ever done to a champion

They did buff things that made real good in pro and maybe build bruiser into tank and I promise it's so much better

winrate diamond+ is 47.8% as of now. I think he checked these stats when her number of games was still giga-low sample size
