+Marie Melnick seatbelt a stretch. Some parents pull it out all the way so that the kid can't stretch in the seatbelt. But like my parents they may just have kept it so that it was able to stretch.
Parents are their own kids super heroes, and when they do things like this it not only makes for fantastic memories but it brings their whole family closer together in a magical way.

Maybe they care so little for their children that they are happy to risk leaving them motherless in an accident. Or can I just not see the seatbelt?
If you're talking about the one by Sam and Nia, I think she's wearing one too. It's moving as she moves, at least. She probably tucked it behind her back, which is still dangerous but I guess slightly more responsible
