- This video shows all 15 kratos weapons in the entire God of War series. The gameplay in this video is part of my walkthrough of God of War series, which was played, captured and edited (removed loadings, mistakes, etc.) by myself with Elgato 4K60 Pro and NVIDIA ShadowPlay in 2K 60FPS to make my own original walkthroughs. God of War 2 mops the floor with the rest of the games with all those badass weapons.
Blade of Olympus + Barbarian Hammer + Spear of Destiny
Kratos has a very good taste when it comes to choosing his arsenal. Not to mention all magic attacks.
God of War 3 is close with the Blade of Olympus + Claws of Hades + the best ever side weapon in any God of War game, the Nemean Cestus.
Yeah man I’m learning that too. I hope that they go this route in the future and integrate a lot more weapons to play with. Kratos has his 3. So itd be kool if Atreus had a bunch he could choose from

18:50 - 26:16 A detail about God Of War III's weapons is that they all come with magic in relation to souls, lightning, tremors and arrows, all in relation to the weapon shown. Furthermore, weapons in this game can be changed with an attack during battle by just pressing L1+X.

The name of Thera transformered the blades of Athena giving them the red hue and increased fire god of war 2 to 3

It’s funny how the Blade of the Gods Kratos use to fight and kill Ares was used for a bridge
Whats the difference between the blades of chaos, athena and exile theyre all have a similar design like the blades of chaos i dont get it
Okay so this is just head canon and not confirmed, but I’m pretty sure they are all the same. After Ares stripped them away, I believe Athena found them and reshaped them in her own design with the gold godly energy they gave off in ghost of Sparta and Gow2. Then when Kratos becomes mortal, it becomes fueled by the same primordial fire like the Blades of Chaos. After Athena’s Blades were broken, I believe she just added more of her power to it, but instead of her wisdom side with the golden energy, probably her war side, considering she is the goddess of war and all. Then after Olympus/Greece was destroyed, I like to think the Blades of Exile simply reverted back to the Blades of Chaos.
What about the Striders of Hermes?
Now If kratos had everyone of these weapons magic and items oh my goodness bruh he'd be literally Ragnarok for Greek and Norse mythology. He'd slaughter all titans primordials gods and giants in one day

I would prefer blades of exile blade of Artemis and Olympus and also claws of hades
