Bahan-Bahan :
1 ekor ikan siakap (perap dengan halia, bawang putih, lada hitam dan garam) + tepung jagung
(Goreng)
Bahan-Bahan Untuk Sos :-
1 labu bawang besar (holland)
6 ulas bawang putih
3 biji cili merah
10 biji cili api merah
5 biji cili api hijau
2-3 biji tomato
Daun bawang
Daun saderi
Daun ketumbar
2 sudu besar cili kisar
2 sudu besar sos tiram
2-3 sudu besar sos cili
2-3 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos ikan
2 biji limau nipis / kasturi (ambil jus)
Sedikit air
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
(English)

Ingredients:
1 sea bass (marinate with ginger, garlic, black pepper and salt) + corn flour
(Fried)
Ingredients For Sauce:-
1 onion (holland)
6 cloves of garlic
3 red chillies
10 red birds eye chilli
5 green birds eye chilli
2-3 tomatoes
Spring onion
Celery
Cilantro
2 tbsp chilli paste
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2-3 tbsp chili sauce
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 lime (juice)
Water
Salt and sugar to taste
