Affordable? Who could make a house payment on a 400,000 dollar mortgage? Pfft!
I agree. More affordable as opposed to say 1.2 million so it's subjective. Those who didn't buy two years ago and need a home are really feeling the price and interest pinch.
I came here exactly to find out if I was the only one who almost choked at the word “affordable”!
You would most likely have to drive over an hour to work.
Well that would depend on where one works of course. This community is just a few minutes away from the 303 Corridor which is home to some huge businesses such as Amazon, Dicks Sporting Goods, Sub Zero, Chewy, Bimbo bakeries just to name a few. This area is booming with new supply chain facilities. Lots of employment in this area.
