Still too expensive for the vast majority of working families...high interest rates to boot..... I personally would not buy now......there should be a pretty big pullback....as inventory increases........many families stretched to the limit with bills......and if the husband or wife loses their job.....calamitous!!!
I totally understand. One of the nice things about new builds is that the lenders are offering a variety of incentives/specials. They change up often but I've seen them as low in the high 3% for a rate buy down and some are locked in at the 5%. You are right with prices of everythiing going up it can be very difficult just to get by with day to day expenses.... especially if one of the household members loses their job. You really don’t discuss the available amenities to the residents of Arroyo Seco. It’s really difficult to find which leads me to believe that there really aren’t any amenities ☹️ …
