Yes, they're some of the best siege offense units in the game. You can primarily use Chacha vs. Light threats (Kinki, Liu Mei), though can also use Chacha vs. other elements when AI manipulations -- like running 2 Wind + Chacha to make a Water threat hit Chacha. Lala is like an improved Racuni when bruisering vs. some defenses. The sustain is a lot higher and there is more cleansing power.
