● Pasta - 250 g
● Butter - 30 g, Olive oil
● 4 cloves garlic
● Red chili flakes (to taste)
● Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
● Egg - 4 pcs
● Parsley
● Salt, Sugar, Italian herbs

We have a similar recipe in India as well. Usually, we mix boiled rice or noodles in place of pasta, making it egg fried rice or egg fried noodles. You added only cloves of garlic. We add onions along with garlic and more spices than just chilli flakes.

Try to cook something like this in Italy.
Just pour egg over pasta and there's a million steps and ingredients ...stop misleading
You do not want to crack open any egg directly into your receipe. If the egg is bad, your entire receipe is ruined. After cooking 50 years i learned that the hard way. An egg might look fine on the outside, but it can easily be bad on the inside. It is a precaution they teach you in chefs classes in France.

You're way MORE likely to get eggshells in your food if you use the side of the bowl. Use another egg or a flat surface for best results.

The only thing i would change is to whisk the eggs add the pasta water to the paste stir in the pasta and add the egg slowly so it doesn't cook before mixing with the sauce.

When I was alone, I appreciated larger recipes because that was an easy way to have meals prepped either in the freezer for later or in my fridge portioned out for lunches and dinners. You could always give this a try & it saves you time and money as well!
Recipe looks great but that dress is a poor choice and not safe when cooking! Its a fire hazard !
