I believe what you are looking for is the IWATA RG-2 wrench

Is there anything to service in the fan adjustment knob? I’ve been using my iwata (lph80) for over a year now. The fan knob moves when I depress the trigger. Any recommendations to fix this?

You can pretty much replace all the parts for the LPH80, including the parts for the fan adjustment. Sprayfish.com sells them. I'm sure other places do as well.
