Great list, thanks! For anyone farming for random drops, do yourself a favor and spend the larval tear to respec with high arcane. The increased item discovery will save you a lot of time. Some of the worst items to farm: Blue Silver Mail set (as mentioned), and Envoy’s Greathorn. Getting that greathorn is especially maddening. So glad it only took 2 or 3 successful attempts; 55 Arcane and silver scarab talisman gives well over 200 Item Discovery. Personal favorite, I’m a fan of the Cuckoo Knight Set. That was a fun farm as well.

Mausoleum is said like "More-z'-liam" or "Maw-s(o)-liam" depending on your accent. I'm Australian so I'd write how to pronounce it like the first example, because we don't have a strong "r" sound and the difference between the "z" and "s" sounds are pretty negligible because of our lazy pronunciations . Where as the second example is more how I'd write it for an American to pronounce, because of their strong "r" sound and their more defined "z" and "s" sounds and I think they're pronounce the soft "o" after the "s" more. The Blue Silver set I got by killing an NPC out the other end of a cave. She's laying with her wolf that was killed (by Gideon) and she was so sad and I wanted her armor so bad I did the unthinkable :( But I got that set early on :D

My friend keeps saying I should go to level 200 before I start ng+, and I've been doing the albanuric farm but I'm just tired of farming. You're an expert, so should I go on to new game+?
Nice video covered the important stuff. Im still in NG and regretfully missed the duelist set as I set the erdtree aflame before realizing it was a lock out on the set. Also missed the 2nd mausoleum in the mausoleum grounds. Was too late for me as I cashed in on my remembrances. Could have had both elden beast/radagon weapons. Still farming the albanaurics for ng+1. Level 220. Going in strong for a speedy clean up!
Really good! I'd go to NG+ now! Lvl 220 is pretty high for your second playthrough! Also enemies drop more runes the higher NG you are so it be a faster level up!

I know this is a dumb question but can someone please explain why you do the mausoleums? I know they duplicate those grace icons but do I keep them for NG or cash them in for runes and items? I thought you can't keep items
you can keep everything from each new game + except most key items. Malusoleums let you dupe the boss souls so you can get their items in the least amount of NG+ cycles. Letting you have fun with their weapons without burning yourself out trying to grind NG+ to get to a specific weapon. Almost every boss in Elden Ring has more than one weapon or spell per their soul.

well crap. i went ng today. my first playthrough i killed maliketh too early and i never saw the underground part of leyndell so i was excited to get another chance... but i missed tons of other stuff too
Things I learned the hard way: you don't have to clear all the skull herpes from the mausoleums, and they can and will just lay on you when they've had enough (obviously this kills you)
there is no ash of war for that weapon. It is one of the 2 final boss weapons you can pick from the sacred relic sword. If you don't have that weapon, any big aoe types like Rahdans UGS are really good.
hmm it might be a glitch or an error sent it to your grace item box as I am in NG+ with 2 darkmoon gs. I'd recommend restarting, verifying file integrity, sending message to support in that order if they don't work.

Yes max out all the weapons you like the most! The ones your unsure of you don’t have to. As long as you have the materials you can max it out at any time. Also the Wheatstone that grant infusion carry over!
Hmm maybe 200 more levels? Jk! Yes that is a perfectly fine NG+ level! I made it to NG+4 at only lvl 150 so 185 should be fine! For the most part if your main damage stat like str or dex is at 60-80 and your vigor is at 60 or higher you should be good!

My Astrologer Pure Intelligence Wizard has Intelligence at 80, but my Quality Vagabond, Confessor Faith/Melee Paladin, and Arcane/Dexterity builds are 55 in Strength or Dexterity and 55 in Faith or Arcane. I just killed one of those albernuic ladies and she dropped the entire set a bloodclot and arrows, Thats gotta be rare
