I love how cocky the enemies are when you build a wonder. Even though youre in nano age and they are in middle ages with 3 units left. They sill threaten you :D
Oh man I remember that. The messages of the enemies literally being pissed off because you built wonders first before them. Wish they could have made that for Rise of Nations. In Rise of Nations the Enemy A.I will send a message that they wouldn't surrender easily after you take their capital city (only obtained in the diplomacy mode)
past part being 3 of those are being heavenly nuked as they threaten you here xD
I was like "Why on Earth does he keep destroying those two side-by-side camps and rebuilding them?? Then I realized (I think it's because) there's a rule that you must build 2 things before you can advance an Age. And he doesn't have space to build useless other buildings.
Yeah... Although its basic rule and i know it..i was still confused cuz i forgot after 7 years not playing this game😂

I just installed this game on my new win11 laptop and for some reason it works but with some graphical glitches (Blue square around mouse pointer and whitish "health bars" floating around...) does this happen to someone else?

Here's couple things I do.
1. When I start building planes I will launch one select it, start it's upgrades then click the hanger it came out to force it to land again. That way when the fleet is built they are already upgraded.
2. When using Atomic bombers, don't bother with any attack upgrade. Only Area of Effect. All buildings except walls are a one shot for atomic bombers without upgrades. Area of Effect you'll impact a larger area while still doing max damage. The other upgrades if on a large map should be speed and fuel. Maybe one into health if you don't think you'll out pace your enemies into modern era.
3. With any flying unit if you select the airport then click a target those planes that launch will attack that target. Then click "P" to cancel and select a different target. This way when using atomic bombers you can tell them exactly which targets to attack when they launch and they'll fly straight to it without any additional commands from you. Right click, hit "P" when you see it launch then select new target and so on until hanger is empty or you're out of targets.
4. Finally, I enjoyed watching your strat with destroying and rebuilding to force a new epoch. I hadn't thought about that one. Thanks!

I used to play this game everyday with my dad and his uncle and my cousins together old days this game is brilliant.
The B-52 bombers were terrifying! The sheer destruction they bought with each missile... Loved this game as a kid. ❤❤

Despite their culture, those poor folks never even got to relish the beauty and the melody of a Spitfire.
My first ever grand-strategy game was Rise of Nations and I played the Thrones and Patriots edition of the game. I became heavily invested in this genre since 2017 though I am not a professional gamer. I still tend to enjoy playing these games. Hearts of Iron IV, Europa Universalis III and IV and ofc, the Empire Earth game.
Now here is a problem. This Empire Earth game freezes once you start playing it and there is thankfully a way to solve this problem. You just have to disable high resolution and other high quality filters in order to get the game working on newer operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11.
Anyways, I got into this Empire Earth thing pretty late around 2021 but it was just the time for it's 20th anniverseray since it was first released. Unlike Rise of Nations, resources are not unlimited so it is much more realistic and longer and detailed than the Rise of Nations but I don't hate RoN for being simplified because that game was what got me into this genre.
I think it's amazing that you can still play those games from early 2000 today.
They just have something that most games today do not have.
Empire earth, AoE, stronghold... hell even stuff like star wars battlefront 2 which came out in 2005 is easily playable today xD
Anti-tank helicopters at the end cause they look cooler right : )

How do you make the in-game score to appear ? I've never seen that in this game before. It would help me so much if I knew how to make it appear. And no matter how much I search, I'm not finding the answer anywhere. Can you help me ? (I know F11 make the time to appear but I can't find the ingame score anywhere...)
I'm playing it through GOG and without any mods, btw. I don't know if it matters or not.

I once do this in prehistoric age only, i buy bonus speed, hp and attack for my citizen, food and stone gathering bonus, conversion resistance, building attack, cost and build time reduction, and use half of my citizens to raid enemy while quarter of them gathering stone and food and another quarter to build a tower. It still manageable if it only two enemies on medium difficulty but they're not allied

hey all question (not sure how to word it right) so when playing sometimes when i wanna convert the enemy theres like a little icon with a hand and shield and doesnt allow me to convert them
is there a way to stop this from happening? i have a list of cheat codes and none of the cheats have anything about this (bloody annoying when it happens)
ALSO i assume anything before imperial age cant can only convert people and not buildings (my experience anyways )
if they build a church or university(not sure which one) you cant convert units within its range

No. On a regular map he would have been dead within minutes, because he towered off the island without temple-cover. The AI immediately flattens unprotected towers with a prophet spam.
Love the empire earth vids brother but you can’t start with so many resources right away haha. You gotta do the minimum man. The challenge is real :D
Haha quite a few of my vids start with standard resources. However, the videos with deathmatch resources always seem to be way more popular - probably because there is more action and little downtime.

Can you make one not starting with this many resources? I feel like it's pretty easy once you have secured the settlement with towers and just putt everything into production
The reason for high resource start is that the AI cheats with infinite resources, and on hard difficulty, you will get raided almost instantly, so the high resource start allows him to prepare defences.

I follow many of the same strategies, but I start with the least resources to make it harder. Also, I don't use the Islands map to allow more incoming attacks and a bigger map.

Are you playing against 7 computer opponents who are allied to each other or are they different teams?
when it is 1 vs 7 (7 computer opponents who are allied to each other), I am faced with continuous attacks from the sea
@@waheduzzaman3357 They are allied with each other. The key is heavy tower coverage, and prioritize their upgrades. Also, during heavy attacks, manually control your towers and have them focus on transport ships.
@@classicgames9827 I tried with lower difficulty ( medium) , 7 computer opponents allied with each other, but in my case enemy attacks were 10-12 times more than you faced(I have seen the gameplay video from beginning to end).
What was your game speed and map size, medium or large?
@@waheduzzaman3357 Gamespeed would just be whatever default is. This was awhile ago, but I think map size was medium - perhaps even small. I'm not sure why they attacked you harder - maybe more open sea available to swarm harder. For practice, I would recommend trying to get a map where 1/4 or even 2/4 of your island is on the edge of the map, so you have less surface area to defend.
@@classicgames9827 The map size is probably Very Large or just Large, because you don't get the island in middle in smaller sizes.

I am destroying them myself to make more space. You can destroy your own buildings by selecting them and pressing the delete key.
Plot twist of the hard ai
They are hard for one or couple ages but when it comes pre to nano they are slow at aging if you try 1v7 with medium ai it will be harder because their aging is about you

Is there any points in upgrading Nuke Bomber's attack damage? I thought that it one hit kill everything in the blast radius? Or are there something that survive the nuke in this game? Just wondering.
i think some buildings with late game university HP upgrades can survive bomber nukes
@@ompskatelitty5356 From my experience in doing this 1 vs 7 shenanigan against Hardest AI in Empire Earth, I have yet to encounter such building. But maybe because I dropped so many of them and I always upgrade the nuke blast radius so it overlapped and I didn't notice?
@@machaiping i've tested it in the scenario editor now, the titan bomber can probably one hit most things, but it still doesn't one hit a capitol, doing a little more than half of a late game capitol's hp worth of damage
@@ompskatelitty5356 Then I guess the AIs being on pre-industrial era probably the cause. The only way you can beat 7 of them together is to out tech them after all, not on the same era and try to slug it out as AI cheats.
@@machaiping you can easily beat them 1v1 at same age, at least on normal (where they don't do extra damage yadayadayada). Just survive early attacks and get a nice economy, then you can pump out enough units to ensure that with every attacking wave you unleash, you will gain more map control ... but it gets harder in higher ages because then they sometimes do fun strats like "massed B-52 bombers"

It's much easier with this set. On an island full of defense towers and full resources start, of course.
