- The Beatles London Tour Part 1.
Roll Up for a mystery tour :-) The Beatles lived and recorded in London. In this video I visit some of those famous locations from Abbey Road, Baker Street and Marylebone Station to St Pancras Old Church and Montegu Square.

You're videos are like drinking hot chocolate on a cold day ! Absolutely soothing and relaxing 😎
That’s a great compliment- I appreciate it. Sit back and drink it all in 😊
Hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows 💝
Would you like a dusting of chocolate powder on that? 😊
@@TudorSmith yes please 🤣
@@TudorSmith ABBEY ROAD!
His love of the Beatles is fantastic. Abybody who holds the four lads in such esteem is a decent person in my opinion.
George Harrison was kind enough to recommend the Rolling Stones to Decca and they signed them.
The one and only time I ever walked across that Abbey Road crossing was about 20 years ago, and I was going to do a service call at a job just round the corner. I walked across the crossing with my big toolbox and I felt vindicated that I have never had to do the 'touristy' walk across. I was actually walking over it for an actual purpose! It was a great feeling though!
27:45 I worked for a travel agent delivering tickets & passports throughout central London. On the day of Ringo's marriage, I told the agency that I needed to set off early, so they sorted out my deliveries earlier than usual. My plan was to sit on my motorbike across from the steps on the other side of Marylebone road, to see Ringo coming down the steps. I sat there for ages. Nothing happened. No Ringo. I can only assume he left via the back, or, maybe I got the time wrong.
What a shame that you missed him!
I'd have to say that my favorite album is Rubber Soul. This was the first "mood" album in which the sounds they were experimented with and the lyrics of their songs grabbed me.
Once they started using the studio to create “albums” as an art form their music took on a new direction that’s for sure!
Really enjoyed your video - thank you! Few points in response - Paul still owns his home in Cavendish Avenue. Listing of the Abbey Road recording studio is a great thing but does not actually prevent alterations or demolition (simply means that formal consent is required). George and John only are mentioned on the Apple Shop EH blue plaque as they only include people who have passed away on them.
Great points thanks for the insight 👍
Tudor Smith is the 'me I don't have the guts to do', but I would love to have gone round all those locations and taken photos. He is doing what I wish I could do.
Paul still owns seven Cavendish, but spends a lot of time in America, having two homes there, one new York,l.a.his youngest daughter lives there.
Tudor: thanks for posting. Too bad the Scotch of St. James isn't open anymore. Probably be cool to get inside. Have you ever heard of Larry Kane? He went on both world tours with The Beatles(the only press member). He wrote about his time with The Beatles in his book "Ticket To Ride". It's wroth reading. Cheers!🥨
I’m rewatching these Tudor as they are so good. The gift that keeps giving.
That’s good to hear. Every watch helps the algorithm 🤣 Thanks again 👍
This was fun. My husband and I did the exact same thing one day several weeks ago, so I loved seeing you do it, as well. Memories.
Cherished memories eh?
@@TudorSmith You bet!! :):):)
22:13: Paul and Ringo aren't named on the blue plaque because you have to have been dead for at least 20 years to be named on a UK blue plaque. I was also inspired to google the house on Cavendish Avenue - as of last winter, Paul still owns it. Thanks for the walk!
Cool. Thanks for the update 👍
Thanks so much for leaving a comment. The Beatles have left a legacy that reaches all over the world - hmmm perhaps across the universe 🤣👍
@@TudorSmith Seguro que si "Across the Universe" saludos nuevamente Mr. Tudor Smith
I absolutely adore these 'then and now' Beatle videos. You've really done a wonderful job. Top marks fella!👏
Thank you so much. It was a lot of fun and now I have so much more information cemented in my brain, if I'm every in London walking about and with someone else, I'll end up spouting off like a tour guide :-)
What a wonderful walkabout, brought back many happy times spent in London xx
Thank you for your amazing videos Tudor!. You let us know places that all Beatles fans around the world dream of knowing one day. I'm follow you from Uruguay. Greetings.
Thank you Marcos! And thanks for following 👍
bro said "even Maxwell's Silver Hammer" lol, that made me chuckle ahaha
It’s a clever ‘vaudeville” type song 👍
Great video.
I'm in Liverpool, and there are so many Beatles places to visit.
Blue plaques....you have to be deceased to be named on one.
Thanks Tudor, my daughter and i are coming to London in 2 years to go on some.Beatles tours!!perhaps we could have tea!!!
Tea for two eh?
Hallo! I have a great time with the Beatles and you! Thanks! Greetings from Hannover (Germany). Detlev
Hey Detlev. Thank you 🙏
There are places I'll remember... this is a documentary, a piece of history you've created! Thank you for this fabulous tour!
Another wonderful slice of Beatles history. Loved the shots of the station in particular! I remember I used to watch those Beatles films when the BBC used to air them in the mid to late 70s... this was pre VHS video recorders (although my uncle had some JVC model in 1977/78 which I remember cost about £650 or so - over £3000 in today's money) so you only saw them when they aired....
Ah those old VHS players. A sign of wealth of you had one back in the day. Now probably a treasured heirloom. And as time went by, you could pick them up really cheap. Hmm I wonder if there are any on eBay
@@TudorSmith tbh it was way too expensive for him too... he lived in a council house with his mother...
The exact model was probably the JVC HR3000 which was the first VHS in UK I think..
I think Bob Monkhouse was a real pioneer in the UK as he had his own professional video recording equipment at home a long time before anyone else. When he passed away they discovered a whole treasure trove of long deleted programmes. I believe Lenny Henry even managed to find his New Faces debut because of Bob.
should also add.. that JVC VHS was a toploader and sounded like a spin dryer when rewinding a tape..
Ah top loaders. My dad brought home a Philips NC1500 - totally wrong video format for the market. Even worse than Betamax. He then acquired a Nordmende top loader.
@@TudorSmith ouch! I remember the Philips video game system too!
Re Decca and Dick Rowe. George Harrison felt so sorry for him that he tipped Dick off to sign The Rolling Stones. So they didn't do too badly after rejecting the Fabs.
And the tickets for Abbey Road were for the Abbey Road Lectures, which I attended in 2018, and I spent an evening in Studio 2 with lots of old studio gear (and instruments), listening to an excellent presentation. And I got into Studio control room, and a step up inside Studio 3 too!
Paul jammed with George at Ringo's wedding and also played together on the Threetles recording sessions for Real Love and Free As A Bird.
Excellent - and yeah they [Decca] recouped some losses eh?
@@TudorSmith Just a tad 😉
Keep up the good work Tudor ✌️
@@TudorSmith And you have to do the Abbey Road Lectures, it's a truly amazing experience. To hear the A Day In Life piano final chord played on the original pianos is just mind blowing.
@@Slydeil I’d be up for that. I’ll have to look into it!
Love your videos. Ive always wanted to do a Beatles sights tour in London. I did get the great opportunity to go in Abbey Road Studios a couple of years ago and see Studio 2, so I'm grateful for that.
Nice to see you're a respectful fan, not loitering outside Paul's house. Hats off to you sir!!
Yeah as I say; bad form. Leave the man alone and let’s enjoy his work from a distance (until we are invited in for a cup of tea 🤣). No Apple scruffing for me!
I’d love to get inside Abbey Road. I’m hoping my son will arrange it soon, what with his mastering connections!
Thank you for this video. I was just in London for the first time, but did the museum tours mostly. This was next on my list but just ran out of time. I love London and plan to go back. Thank you for a sneak peak for my next visit
There is so much to see in London and even prioritizing your time, you can end up not seeing everything. I hope your next visit is also a success 👍
I want to thank you so much. It fantastic!!! I have visited some of those places but there is still so much I have to see.
Glad you enjoyed it! I loved visiting the locations. It kind of brought it all to life for me 👍
Thanks for another great tour..it was fun, educational, and in Your nice'n'easy style... xxx Ron
Cheers
Another great video and like a few others have suggested. A nice and relaxing watch too. I've been meaning to devote a day or two for many years to stuff like this. We are pretty lucky London is so full of landmarks. I got around to visiting Karen Carpenter's old home where she sadly died but for me, it was the cover of the Now And Then album that got me visiting that place. You never think you would ever get a chance to visit somewhere so far away but like you, I'm really into the nostalgia of it all. I hope you make many more videos like this as they are very well put together, very informative and show things which I've not seen anyone else cover.
Thank you. I’m currently making plans for one more Beatles locations video which will of course be Liverpool. I wonder if I can find any info no one else has covered. Probably not but it’ll be worth doing anyway.
Thank you for your encouraging comments. Much appreciated.
Well done ! Tudor
Thank you 🙏
Great video fella. Very interesting. I too have done the Abbey Road zebra crossing with my kids..lol!
Greetings from Liverpool
Very cool!
I have a Bing Crosby Christmas on Decca still to this day. That album was probably the one that made them the most $$$ over the years.
I bet that’s worth a few bob now?
Such a great video. Thank you
Thank you 🙏
I am very happy to have found this channel. This is great content for a Beatles fan and i can´t wait to see the part 2. And thanks for doing this tour because i have never been in London and this video makes me feel there
I’m glad this helps give you a view of London. 👍
Brilliant, just brilliant. Thank you.
Thanks 🙏
Great interesting videos and information thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
Wow! I love this so much! Thank you for making these awesome videos! Peace and love from Portland, Oregon, USA!
Thank you for visiting and watching :)
I haven't seen such an interesting and entertaining video in a long time. Good work!
Thanks so much 🙏 I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Love your videos , really appreciate the hard work you put in . Think I’ve watched them all a few times
Yay thanks for rewatching. Extra viewings always help the algorithms 🤣
Seriously though, I’m glad that the videos go someways to bringing the Beatles stories to life.
This is another incredible video my friend! Wow!!! Amazing tour of this beautiful city and amazing Beatles sites!!!I’m so glad I found your awesome channel my friend.
Thanks Todd
Wonderful vídeos, thanks!
Thanks for watching 🙏
It’s videos like this that make my day!
Yay! Glad it made your day! My feet were complaining at the end of this one!
Thank you for our amazing video 🙂
Glad you liked it 👍
Thank you for the tour sir looking forward to part 2 .
Cheers! I'm hoping to get back to the city before the weekend is out. Could have part 2 quite soon
Looking forward to part 2. Also my favorite Beatles album is the White Album.
Lovely and exciting do be careful it’s very busy on those roads
You have to look both ways in those roads!
One of my favourite films! Great footage of that era. I watch A Hard Day's night once a year. Great vid, Tude!
Thanks love! I think I’ve only seen AHDN once lol
Loving all your videos!!!
Thank you 🙏
What’s not to like, Golden slumbers gives me goose bumps.
Such a perfect time of year to film this video -Autumn 🍂 still gives comfort 🤗
Just like Sun Studio in Memphis, Abbey Road is a historic landmark!
It should be preserved for future generations.
They are part of our cultural landscape eh?
@@TudorSmith Of Course! Aren’t they? Who is greater than Elvis and the Beatles? Nobody!
Great stuff again Tudor.....you are brightening up this grey day in Fife for me. I oscillate between Rubber Soul & Abbey Road for my favourite. Many thanks for your efforts and uploads.
Thank you! 👍
Enjoy your channel very much. Thanks!
Thanks for dropping by :)
Very interesting. Thanks T.
Thanks. I’m glad you found it interesting 👍
Quality video, looking forward to the part 2! Was lucky enough to go to London myself during the summer and took the opportunity to visit Abbey Road and Savile Row. Didn’t know about these other locations, so certainly an interesting watch
Thank you. Walking around the locations really brings it all to life, and into perspective.
Brian Tremelo and the Pooles. I loved their music.
A one off band eh? 🤣
Having watched a few of your vids now, I enjoy your company TS. Your presentation of perspective is refreshingly civilised and conducive to evoking a feeling of welcome company and conversation enjoyed, even if necessarily a monologue by the nature of the medium.
Thank you. That’s very kind 🙏
Great Video! Hopefully I will make the journey to London to see these sites one day.
Thank you. If you do get to London there is so much to see. But of course this Beatles sites are a must-see, well Abbey Road at least if you don’t have time for anything else 😎
Great Vlog enjoyed very much fab
Thank you 🙏
When I was few years ago in London with school (already a big beatles fan) I took the train in that station and imagined seen a last beatles referenced place and then I really saw the church St Pancreas in the park.
Love this video new subscriber.
Thanks for subbing!
Thank You Tudor for the lovely video. unfortunately i could not be here for the premiere but i m sure looking forward for part 2. By the way, my favourite Beatles album? its hard to tell......depends on my mood or.......God i love them all😃
Well i'm glad you were able to watch the video anyway! Yeah that album question is quite a tough one - especially when the mood changes. That being said I love the mix of the LOVE album and how it incorporates so many segments of multiple songs :-)
Well done, great videos, i,ve done the London beatles tour and i,ve come to regard Liverpool as my second home. So watching these videos bring back so many happy memories.
Thank you 🙏 I had a lot of fun doing them and now I can rewatch instead of doing the tours again lol
Thanks Tudor, Great video. Interesting the Church were they did the mad day out Photos. I often wonder if they ever open Friar Park for public tours some day, would be amazing. would love to visit all these sites one day. cheers.
Friar Park now that would be worth a walk around eh?
George treated fans with contempt, so I would doubt very much permission for such a request, Dhani and his Mum, Olivia continue & maintain George's wishes!!!!
I can’t believe I missed this excellent video! I always wondered about where those photos were taken! Excellent stuff, my man!
You just gotta teach me that snap-your-fingers-and-your-there trick!
I can't believe you missed it either 🤣 Hey Michael, your subscriber count is getting amazing. You're on a roll now mate! My daughter insists I should bring back the finger click transistion. Apparently I could have it on merchendise!
@@TudorSmith Excellent idea! Yeah, that would work so well! Have a finger snap on a t-shirt, and connect it to your channel! Now that would work! Tell your daughter that she’s got a knack for marketing! Excellent idea!👌
Thanx regarding channel growth! Your shout-out helped! Thanx so much for your support, Tudor! I want to do a shout-out on you and Beatle Dave here in a couple of videos! We need some across-the-pond-representation now!
So glad I discovered your channel! Quite enjoyable and relaxing. My band and I came to the UK in August of 2017. We did a little Beatles tour and signed the wall outside of Abbey Road. Not many people there at all. It was a late weekday afternoon. We even walked right through the gate and posed on the steps. Our guitar player even walked inside and started chatting up the staff(I was WAY too nervous to go inside). Unfortunately, the street was undergoing construction and it was causing an issue with the crosswalk in that you couldn't get into the position in which the album photo was taken if you wanted to recreate it. I walked across but felt very self conscious and "touristy" doing it.
Wow sounds like you had quite an adventure! Amazing that you got to stand on the steps. One gate is now chained locked! Funny you say about feeling self conscious. I was filming and I think I didn't actually used the crossing at all...so I was jay walking lol!
@@TudorSmith We were on "tour" and only had 1 free day in London so we where pressed for time. It's imperative I return to England as a civilian so I can soak it all in. A serious Rock-N-Roll tour would take me at LEAST 5 days. Not only the Beatles sites but also Floyd and Sabbath.
Good thing about Abbey Road is it's also Floyd related!
Hey, thanks for taking this trip!
I am unable to travel.
I appreciate you showing these sites so I can see them. I love seeing this as a Beatles fan.
Thank God for UA-cam!
And thank you!
👏🏻🎸
Glad you enjoyed it! UA-cam has made the world a little smaller with creators around the world sharing with one another
@@TudorSmith Definitely.
Really enjoyed this. When I started my career in Wardour street in the 80s I had no idea I passed Trident studios almost daily and I would take the occasional glass in the Ship, which I believe was frequented by many musicians in the 60s.
One could argue that Trident studios is up there in importance alongside Abbey Road studios. I might take a look on my part 2 video! :-)
As yourself, my #1 favorite is Abbey Road, always has been. And as mentioned in the comments in one your other vids, that Sgt. Pepper & Myst'ry Tour are like one album, but in two parts. And then the White LP, followed by Revolver, like goin backwards from Road.
Soul, For Sale, Meet, and the least fave, Let it Be, And Submarine. But I had to buy Yesterday & Today and Beatles Again (aka Hey Jude) in order to have particular songs that were left off US releases, or were only issued as singles. (e.g.) Dr. Robert on Yesty & Tdy, I believe was a compilation LP with a couple new, but prerecorded songs.
Same as Old Brown Shoe, Madonna and Hey Jules. had to purchase the-I called it Beatles Again. But LP's like that were not considered a "Studio Album" right? Jude was released in 1968? Submarine, I eventually had to get, because it had All you need, All together, Bulldog and Northern songs on it. I heard Martin's film compositions on side B once, but never again.
I wish I saw this video before my trip. I did help paint the Abbey studios wall though. That was unique.
What? You painted the wall? Do you mean you by painted over all the peoples writings?
Thank you 🙏🏼
Pleasure 👍
Thank u for your tour of the beatles😊
This is very helpful for my trip to the UK coming this monday!
BTW were u walking all the way to the places?
You’ll love visiting some if not all of them 👍
For this video, I used the tube.🚇
Thank u 😊😊
I finished watching the part 1 to the part 3. I'm also going to visit Liverpool I'm so excited!! haha
I’ll bet you are. You’ll get a real buzz visiting any of the locations 👍
Nice video, Looking forward to part 2.
Watch out for the premier 🤣
I almost saw Paul Mccartney once.I was on the North circular in the 70s and a big white american car went by.I recognised the number as MPL......He probably had a chauffeur, but I would liked to have thought he was in the back.Strange what you remember. Like the time I saw the life-size Pink Rolls Royce ,FAB 1 on the back of a low loader, many years ago from The Thunderbirds tv show.
It is funny what we remember eh? My sister-in-law was waiting for her dad off the London train with the pet Alsatian. Paul and Linda walk by her then stopped to talk to her while petting the dog. I was so envious of her lol
In 1964,a man walked into my dad's shop ,with tickets to see The Beatles. He bought 2 ,even though he wasn't a fan and found them quite annoying. I was very excited, until we found out they were forgeries.
Ta from Tampa, Florida, mate - great appreciated!
Cool, thanks 🙏
Unlike you I did re-enact the opening scene from A Hard Day's Night at Boston place, complete with George's dive into the pavement! Scratched up my knee doing it too!
HaHa well done. I wasn't prepared to risk it. Hopefully you weren't scarred for life! :-)
Nah I'm good - wish I still had the scar to remind me of that wonderful day :)
Another great video. I always nip into this garden before catching my train home. The Hollyhocks are in the far left hand corner (you can see them against the tall building with the metal fire escape). My Hollyhocks are still flowering. :D
Ah I was pointing in the wrong direction then. Thanks
@@TudorSmith I think you were pointing at the correct wall, but it is just further along to your right. The Hollyhocks were still there (as is the building) when I visited a couple of years ago.
Thanks Tudor.
I enjoyed watching this whilst listening to the help album on my turntable
What a great accompaniment - You'll have to do it again in part 2, as there are some Help locations coming up in the next video :)
Re: the blue plaque having two names missing, I believe it’s an English heritage rule that you have to have been dead for 10/20 years before you get on a blue plaque, think I learned this on the Beatles tour in Liverpool in the early 2000s when someone asked why there wasn’t one on George’s childhood home even though he had died
Excellent insight. I'm now better informed...especially when I plan my Beatles in Liverpool video :-)
@@TudorSmith assuming it’s 20 years, not 10, that means George would finally be getting a blue plaque this year!!
Having said that, maybe it’s 10 years seeing as his name was on the plaque you saw, so maybe there is one outside his childhood home now…
Mary Ryan
Thanks Tudor.Love your top 10 choice here, not easy because of their awesome body of work. As a long time Beatles fan l have special memories of each of the songs. Love your presentation and stories behind the songs you choose. Great video, well done looking forward to more.
Thank you for the interesting tour. Pls do more of touring. I believe the reason they have to say "musician and song writer..." on the sign is because in case 100+ years from now some people may have no idea...lol but it would be sad
Thank you for the tour, I know just how much walking is involved with these locations! It would be nice to see 3 Saville Road in part 2 (rooftop concert) among numerous other sites. Are you utilising the Beatles London book for ideas? I heard it's a good read.
Yep that's on my list for part 2. I foolishly had many locations and thought I'd make all of them in one hit. It wasn't to be as I ran out of time. I've used info from Beatles forums, and basically the internet, and I created a google map of the locations. Link in the description of the video :-)
The British Tourist board should utilise your services and education!
Btilliant production!😊🎉🎉🎉
That would be cool!
I'm coming back to Londis next December and I will look for your message! :D
Enjoy your trip. I wonder if my message will still be there?
@@TudorSmith Probably not, my own messages were wiped out mere months between visits over the years. Anyhow, lovely videos! 👏
Yeah I think they repaint the wall every few months don't they?
great videos u have here
Thanks
..this should be very interesting.. 🚶♂️🚶♀️🚶🚶♂️🍏
I hope so 😀
did the abbey road in the 80s my fave beatles lp is the white album
the song hey jude came out on my 8th birthday
Have you seen The Analogues on UA-cam performing the whole White Album? It’s majestic 👍
Was going to add a comment but the one about hot chocolate on a cold day says it all!
Oh no you must always leave a comment. It’s how UA-cam works, you know, algorithms and all of that 👍👍 cheers
cool stuff

Fantastic video! I suspect the wooden bench in the church at St Pancras is a replacement. The names on the plaque are clearly alphabetical on first name.
Thanks. Ah alphabetical order! That didnt occur to me at all 🤣
Good choice. Abbey Road, formerly EMI Studios, are celebrating the 90th birthday.
I've seen some of let it be,but some say never been seen,I'm sure others will have.
incredible...i can't believe you walked to so many locations in one day must of taken some research.
It was a lot of walking but I did my best to locate the points of interest that were close to each other. Thanks for watching 🙏
I first visited Abbey Road July 7th 1975 (Ringo's 35th Birthday) the studio was still named EMI STUDIOS , I still have the pics of us on the Zebra Crossing and on the staircase below the EMI Sign. The 2nd time was May 1st 1977 , when we had a chance to see a live recording of a band inside the studios, and 3rd time August 1983 when the "Beatles Show" was on during the studio multitrack conversion. I have photos of this which I will upload some day.
Exciting stuff Gary. Your pictures would be unique 👍📸
@@TudorSmith I will let you know as soon as I upload them 👦👍🎶
I’ll look forward to it 👍
The ticketed event was probably the Abbey Road lectures you can go in studio 2, I've been in twice but it's like £110 a ticket but they don't allow pictures to be taken in the reception or any of the corridors there is people watching you you can go up to the control room though, another great video 👍
Ah so that’s what was going on!
I went in 2018, superb experience.
You can still see Paul McCartney's geodesic dome in the back garden of his Cavendish Avenue home on google earth :-)
Wow. I wonder if he sits in it when he’s at home!
@@TudorSmith I know he once sat in it one night with Noel Gallagher. He tells the story here :-)

I’ve done a similar thing, but when I went, you could look through the glass in Paul McCartneys office, and on the walls hes got loads of cool artwork.
There was one of Tug Of War and a really cool one of Helter Skelter but paired with a picture of George’s Magical Mystery Tour costume!
I’d heard that. I was hoping to see inside but it was all covered up 😕
@@TudorSmith Ah, I couldn’t actually get a full look as there was a receptionist (or a “temporary Secretary” 😂)in there looking at me rather suspiciously!
You should have said you were Mr Marks! :-)
@@TudorSmith haha! Yeah! 😁
New Years Day didnt become a bank holiday in England until 1974, hence Monday 1st January 1962 they all might have been hung over
Ah that makes sense. I read that Neil Aspinall drove them down and got lost, so they didn't arrive until around 10pm on the 31st Dec, and even then I read John was at Trafalgar Square seeing in the new year with all the revellers! Could explain why they might not have been on form. That being said, they did have a future in show business eh? :-)
Great video Tudor. I don't know when you recorded this but back in August i went with my nephew to a ticketed event at Abbey Road studios which was a tour of all three studios and their control rooms. We had our photo taken on the steps before going in. I believe McCartney still has the house on Cavendish Ave, it would have been great if just as you said " nothing to see hear, let's move along " we saw Macca behind you walking out of his gates HaHa. Which is my favourite Beatles album ? - Revolver or Sgt Pepper or The White Album or Abbey Road or Rubber Soul, depending on what mood I'm in. 😊
I recorded it this Sunday just gone. Now you mention all of that it makes sense. Especially as the queue diminished quickly and I didn’t see the people disappear - they were obviously inside 👍 It is also quite difficult to name a favourite album as they are all so excellent so erring on the safe side with a wider selection seems a good idea to me :-)
I still vote Abbey Road, and in fact, my favourite all-time song: I Want You (She's so heavy). It's such an immense tune with such great arrangments and I love the jazzy blues bit in the middle. Ringo really holds that drum beat flat to the floor with some excellent fills and fllourishes!
Great video. My favorite song from the 'Tremeloes' was their cover of the Cat Stevens song "Here Comes My Baby." By the way, "White Album" is my favorite.
I don’t know much about their music so I’ll have to check them out. What I failed to mention in my video was that Brian Poole & The Tremolos auditioned the same day as the Beatles and the fact that they were london(ish) based meant that the expenses for “operating” a band would be less. We’ll never know if this was the case, or that the Beatles were under par. Might be that Pete Best was drumming. 🤷🏻♂️
@@TudorSmith May have been many of a better class session musician.
Tony Sheridan perhaps.
When is an album not an album?
When it's my favourite album ....
Magical Mystery Tour.
:-)
Mine too
