The TLB's on this game have 3 base difficulties: 1- When played on Easy, Normal or Arcade 2- When played on Hard or Nightmare 3- When played on Pandemonium So this is the base difficulty of this boss. Ofc there's also the rank that caps at 4-Ex that also increases the difficulty in some ways (faster bullets and denser patterns I guess...?) And no, this game is not on steam. It's on DLsite only
