►Pirates love their coffee as much as they love their gold! But what does it take to get a good latte around here? Cookie the chef’s secret ingredient is cream, which he obtains by separating the components of milk. This lesson will explore different techniques for separating mixtures based on the physical properties of particle size and density.
Separation techniques: sieving, sedimentation, centrifugation, decantation, separation funnel

Not because of lower or higher density... It is because of the air resistance... All bodies fall to the ground in the same speed.
They're talking about floating or sinking in water, not the speed it takes to get to the water. As such, it is density that matters, not air resistance.
