KL Sentral - Le Meridien vs. The Hilton Vlog Ep.6

- I was in Kuala Lumpur recently and decided to do a short vlog on Le Meridien and The Hilton because they are "identical twins" but yet, the Le Meridien was RM100 (US$27) cheaper per night! Why? I do not know, but I won't be staying at the Hilton in the future.

Great video and amazing use of music. Love the aerial drone footage too.
Thank you!! I am going to KL in late July.
I searched a lot about the difference between this 2 hotels
Your video help me figure it out, I will stay at the Hilton.
tiny Benz You're welcome!
Actually you can get free wifi at the Hilton if you sign up for their Hilton Honors membership online for free and use that membership to book your room. Free wifi and more discounts.
Now Le meridien already renovated and more beautiful.
If you sign up to Hilton Honors for free and book direct you get free wifi in the room... The views are different on the lake view side of the hotels... Hilton has clear unobstructed views of the lake and parks where as Le Meridian wouldn't..... The Lake view side is a lot more picturesque than the KL Sentral side.... Hilton does charge extra for this nicer view though... I imagine a lot of other aspects would probably be better at the Hilton too.... but you do of course pay extra along the way.... breakfast, in-room toiletries & amenities, overall service.... So it depends on whether you are prioritising a more value for money stay over a more luxurious stay...
I stayed in Le Méridien in 2012 the lobby looks different
Hmmmm I wonder if they add things
I rmebered tue lobby was spaced out and it was quite bright and they have escalators there
hey! this is wonderful.. I travel KL next month!!! this is very informative!! keep up the good works!
