Thanks for the video. I am contemplating buying this to go with my series 7 stainless steel watch. You mentioned the stainless steel bracelet is matte/brushed. How does that bracelet look with the stainless steel watch? Would seem to be mismatched in texture.
Definitely comes down to person choice. I like everything to match when it comes to bracelets and watches, but I’ve seen photos of black bracelet with Stainless case, doesn’t look bad.
Fantastic video. I really appreciate the thoughtful review. I’ve ordered the new Apple Watch 7 in space black titanium and I plan on buying the black link to go with it. I think the brushed metal look of the titanium watch will look nice with the brushed faces of the black link. While the lug will be slightly off, you mentioned the side is glossy, I’m hoping it won’t be a big deal for me. We’ll see once I have it in person. Thanks again for your review as it helped solidify my decision.
What a great video! I struggle to find any recent videos of the link bracelet, especially with the Series 4/5/6 design, which is a shame! This is truly a beautiful strap that elevates the look of the watch. Truly an underrated strap that i wish Apple would promote more. i’ve been convinced to purchase one for my own :)
I 100% agree, with the amount they have put into these, I would think they would keep marketing it on any level. The shame is that you couldn't get it for the Graphite, that would look like liquid mercury!! Which color did you go for?
@@DougFNJ I went for the stainless steel as i’ve the steel watch face, but completely agree that the graphite on graphite look would be amazing! Hope to see more of these marketed in the future
Hi Jon, You could work out in them, just not swim with them. I never found bracelets comfortable for working out. My favorite straps while working out are the Nike, plenty of ventilation.
I’m using my 7 year-old silver link bracelet with the new Ultra watch and it looks great. You mention that the bracelet needs to be broken apart to add or remove it from the watch. Not necessary. Just work both ends in or out evenly a little at a time and it goes together very well. Nice video BTW.
Thanks Paul, I always got nervous about putting too much stress on the links or the end links doing it that way. The push button link removal is the reason I love the Apple Link bracelet. It was worn 90% of the time on my other Apple Watches. Thanks for watching!
Hi Doug, just found your channel recently. This is a great video. The link bracelet is also my favourite Apple Watch band. Would love to see your review on the Apple Watch series 7 and the new bands.
Can one use a 41mm Link Bracelet on a 45mm watch my adding a link or 2 if needed as the attachment point to the case is all the same between the 2 watches?
Thank you Efren! I've never looked at the gold version of the watch. When it comes to bracelets, my personal preference is to match the metal, but I have seen people mix and match the bracelet colors and be very happy. good thing about our preferences and tastes are we are never wrong if we personally like it :)
I did a Space Black vs Graphite comparison including putting the Space Black link bracelet on the graphite. Hope this may help…. ua-cam.com/video/kpnMCe3BVRM/v-deo.html
Nice! Please let me know what you think. The 44 band will work fine, thankfully, Apple kept strap sizes the same with the smaller and larger watch sizes.

Happy to help, curious if they changed up the finish at all from the last version.
Great review Doug! To the point. Now I’m kinda intrigued to buy Apple’s Link Bracelet. Thanks!
Thanks Zaidad, if you like the style, you definitely won’t regret it.
How does it feel to wear it under hot summer?
These bracelets have always been very comfortable to wear. Outside of exercise, I primarily wear my Apple watches on bracelets.

Can you workout with these bracelets and are the comfortable to wear while working out with it? (Ex: running, weight training, etc?)

I buy the black one for my watch 7 steel. It’s next level band! I love’t! Big like 👍
Great choice! I am still surprised with the innovation Apple put into this band, why they don’t market it more.

Can you mix and match space and silver bracelets? I think that nice combinations can be achieved but haven’t seen anyone doing that.
The links are identical, I don’t see why you couldn’t.
Thinking of buying one of these secondhand how many links make a complete link bracelet
Hi Doug, just found your channel recently. This is a great video. The link bracelet is also my favourite Apple Watch band. Would love to see your review on the Apple Watch series 7 and the new bands.
Thanks Ken, I’ll definitely be getting one and reviewing it. Stay tuned.
Awesome mate...upping the video game.
Thank you Anthony, I appreciate the feedback!

I don’t believe so, I may be wrong, but I believe the links are thinner on the 41mm version.
Hello. I like your review. I am wondering if which of these bands look good on Apple Watch Gold Stainless Steel.

You are certainly right about that. I will try the silver link bracelet. I’ll have it gold plated if I really want to. :) Thank you, Doug.
I have the S8 SS in graphite, will it look weird with the differing finish on the space black link bracelet?

@@DougFNJ This is amazing. Thank you so much! It's coming tomorrow so I'm super excited!!!
@@DougFNJ Hey, also just wondering how you clean the bracelet? Should I use a microfiber with rubbing alcohol or would it damage it? Thanks
How many Detachable links does the bracelet have?
25
If there’s is a thing of this being better in the probable release of the series 7 than I’m going for the bracelet. Very stylish look.🙂
Based on leaks Ive seen, it appears the unlink system should remain the same, they may go with a boxier design for the 7.
Need one in graphite 😍
Graphite does look great
Space Black Link Bracelet with Gold Stainless Steel Case 8 apple watch reviews please on look
Unfortunately I don’t have the Gold Watch or I’d be happy to do it. Check out macrumors forums though, I believe I’ve seen photos.
@@DougFNJ Thanks bro
I wish Apple would make the gold link bracelet. 🙏
They really should along with Graphite too
Just ordered a 45 series 7. Will the 44 band work ok? My watch is silver stainless and hoping to eventually get the silver stainless band.
Nice! Please let me know what you think. The 44 band will work fine, thankfully, Apple kept strap sizes the same with the smaller and larger watch sizes.
Thanks.
Way too small for you
I’ve always thought the size was just alright. The Ultra is now the perfect size, and to me the best version of the Apple Watch.
