How's his advice, to his wife, after he killed his business partner? He discussed it like it's a minor mistake that she should be taking from him! He totally effed up & now he's giving her direction on how to move on with her life!?!?!? OMG please, please, just listen to me, he says: how do you think I feel? I'll never see my kids, my family etc., again. Imagine if the Bank came to your house & demanded their late payments, you said, I don't have it, & they shot & killed you? This all happened as a result of his actions, ffs, I still have money owed to me, and I was in a desperate situation, homeless, with a new born baby via caesarean section, then his bio father left me in a small town hospital, suffering from fear & a painful surgery, I was 27, isolated in a small town, alone, desperate, broke, utterly ruined. It's probably one of the most painfully long story but hey, I never killed anyone, because I wasn't able to carry a hidden weapon on my body, had I been able to I might have killed someone, undoubtedly.
I'd be curious to know Evers financial situation - was he being greedy and holding out on Easterling? Or was he taking on tremendous debt and was trying to "grow" his way out of the debt? If he was holding out then he had what was coming to him but if he was trapped in a debt spiral then that's another thing
My main concern is how to survive all of these financial and political crisis, especially in light of the US political power scuffle. The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance....

He threw his life away for 25k?!?! Oh my gosh
He has a business why not sue him? No you’re not getting paid and you’re going to prison for probably the remainder of your life.
He "wasn't gonna be screwed over again." Proceeds to screw himself over.
If he didn't have a gun on him... But people think guns will protect you...protected him, alright. Guns are too easy to use... and those who think they won't kill anyone... i bet he too never thought he would ever use his gun to kill someone in cold blood.
Don't talk to the cops, before you say anything lawyer up. Everybody has their bad days.
There were cameras... in some cases, true, but in this case, it didn't matter; the cops saw everything.
He couldn't take em to small court claim , ?. I mean I haven't don't it either but was it worth the 25k for more problems , he should have taken that 25 thousand dollar lesson and move on , next time don't lend folk no money.
Taking money without intent to pay it back is theft in my books
He never should have shot him over the money. If only he knew to say he couldn't afford it or didn't have it. I've heard too many stories about loans not being paid back It's very risky to loan friends/acquaintances/ family money. The best thing to do is say you don't have it. Banks are there to loan money afterall.
small clains court is what, $5K tops?
@@tonyelbows8045 He could go to civil court and represent himself if he has proof the money was a loan.
Wow this guy destroyed his whole life over some money!
Is unbelievable that a fire fighter would commit murder!! You just never know.
These are addictive
That family massacre that just dropped was wild...
The first words I listened out for: “video surveillance footage”! 😂
Video evidence to assist detectives to obtain justice for victims is often the only way a case gets resolved, aside from the usual forensic evidence.
I guess Maaco man won't owe anyone else money and not pay. You have to be careful with people. Close friends I never trust.
The cop is dumbfounded.
This narrator is great.
He didn't want to "be screwed over again" so he screwed himself royally. For life. Wow
He fights grease fires at McDonald's
He trashed his life, family and future over debt.
Poor guy
Thats why i stay away from folks and keep things simple.
Crystal clear video but doesn't know the gun caliber used!! So bizarre
Yea it’s a deep state conspiracy.
Where are his clothes?
Learn to say no even to friends, saves friendships and lives, it looks like
Civil court is so overrated 😂
Why does this crime STRONGLY resemble a “supplier” making an example of a “user” after they neglected to pay their *rug debt!!!!!
💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸
I love how he calls her honey
* I love that he calls her honey. NOT HOW.
😂 the grammar police is patrolling
Some people are crazy.
Once again, glad my family doesn't own guns.
It ISN'T the guns, it's the people. People like Brian.
People with mental health problems shouldn’t have guns…
yeah that's real smart, glad u don't
I thought he told his cousin at Maaco that the firefighter dude was bringing HIM (Mike) money? I'm confused, as usual. 😁
Never mentioned any regret or remorse. never really talked about the victim or his loved ones at all. the wife was just snivelling about her own situation and her husband was irritated and blaming the vic. PRIDEFUL. both of them
you're really going to put blame in the wife over her shock ?!
@@y.peffle2802 yes. obviously
Another Golden-Rule I have is never say 'SORRY', as it's an admission of guilt...
Where’s his shirt 😂
Pay attention that was explained.
" OK, you dont have the $25,000, hello partner. I always wanted to own a Maaco".
Right sue him for that Maaco. Why throw your life away over pride.
This man had such little dignity and self respect, that he sat there shirtless, barefoot, and in his shorts to self incriminate murder in the first degree! Loser 😅
Usual suspect
@@SlashHarkenUltra indeed
The government has really called things more difficult for its citizens, and we can't sit back and bear all the consequences of the bad governance....
been happening for years, how did you get used to it?
