I bought the 4.625 inch barrel M&P 2.0 10mm with no safety lever. I had the slide and barrel quad ported by Mag-Na-Port. Installed X/S optic height steel tritium night sights and had an aluminum flat safety lever Apex trigger to replace the plastic safety lever trigger.
Damn how much was the upgrade?! I wanna see yours! I have the same one 4.6 so I’m curious to know what all you can upgrade to make it better than it already is
I've handled one of these. They shoot great and are ready for a Red Dot. But my God, the front sight gets snagged on absolutely everything. You cannot put this gun anywhere near fabric as it will get caught on the fabric. This pistol is definitely not meant for concealed use. Most holsters will not accommodate the six-foot-tall front sight anyway. This gun is absolutely perfect for the Sportsman, but it is horribly suited for concealed carry, and I have questions about its suitability in a open carry or Duty Carry scenario.
All of my S&W M&P M2.0 O.R. pistols with tall co-witnessing sights fit all of my holsters perfectly. Personally, I wouldn't carry any O.R. pistol, with the reflex sight mounted, unless it also had tall steel tritium night sights suitable for co-witnessing. Minus the tritium, that's exactly what these tall three-dot combat sights are for. Good things! 👍

That sight height is a major reason I've held off on a purchase. Can't stand it. Not sure why the sight needed to co-witness.
