Wow! That was a great unboxing! Your playing was right in the pocket. I thought that amp and guitar was a perfect match. All your amps are tube amps for the most part. I only have Solid- State amps at this point in my life, Marshall Code 50, Spark 40 watt and a Katana MII 100 Watt with 2x12''. So needless to say I need a tube amp. I grew up with a old Gibson 100 watt head and a 2x12" cab back in the 60s I loved that old amp and still miss it 50 years later. So I will be watching you Grumpy hoping to be guided to my next tube amp. I know they cost a pretty penny so I have been selling some things, pedals, guitars ect, ect. I'm not in any hurry but I will be looking for your advice in the new year to come. Thank you for the great content. Your studio is really looking nice. Really like my MT15 clean but never use the lead. Do you like its lead? In all honesty I rarely get a clear idea of the sound over any UA-cam channel due to losses and compression. But love your channel it's acoustics your honesty and personality. Wish Paul's amp heads came with a reverb tank. Thanks.
Howdy Pieve, I agree about the audio from UA-cam. I'm still trying to figure out how to get a proper representation of what I'm hearing in the room, but I'm working on it. I do like the lead channel on the MT-15, but I rarely push the gain beyond about a third. After that, it does tend to get a bit too fizzy for me. The clean channel, on the other hand sounds great with my pedal board. Over all, I think it's a super versatile amp.

The PRS hands down. In fact, I'm seriously considering putting the Peavey, along with 1 or 2 others up for sale because of it. I have a couple of videos I need to get out first, but there will be a video on the HDRX coming soon. (SPOILER ALERT) I love this amp.

I just got mine the other day, great sounding amp thru a Mesa cab 2x12 with vintage 30's.
They're not taking any chances on the packaging - the box is twice the size of the amp!

Cool amp and it does give you the Hendrix like sound when using the strat.
